Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! “The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

“Pizzeria Salvy's DIY Pizza Making Class was so fun. When we arrived they started us off with a welcome drink of your choice from their menu and arancini which was perfect while you wait for the class to begin. Once class started we were shown how to work the dough by Pizzeria Salvy's chefs who took their time with everyone making sure we all got our dough right. Once our pizzas went into oven we sat back down and enjoyed delicious meatballs served with ricotta and fresh bread along with salad before enjoying our DIY Pizza. “I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“It was our first visit to “nabe” ristorante La Sera Italiana for lunch and we will definitely return. We visited for Restaurant Week 2026 for their $20.00 lunch special. Enjoyed generous-portioned Italian salads and red-sauce pasta and it was delicious. La Sera Italiana was warm, cozy and friendly on a frigid winter's day in January. This is why we always patronize Restaurant Week in Philly—to find these little hidden gems right in our ‘hood!“

“Leslie, Was the associate that served me and greeted me at the register I cannot say enough on how polite she is how helpful she is, and just the all-around beautiful person and soul and was so very helpful and really turned my day around after having a horrible month to just have a small conversation with me when the dining room was emptied out and she had just a few minutes to spare. She used that time to tell me about One of the desserts I was asking about she was making prior to me talking to her and after our conversation, I wind up purchasing that specific dessert and it was amazing just like her personality once again I just want to say thank you your store is always playing atmosphere is always positive The food is always amazing and fresh and I can’t say enough about this place or Leslie and the rest of the workers that were working with her on that shift awesome team awesome people they knock it out of the park every time so just wanted to leave a positive review because of this. “I have been coming here for almost 25 years. The food is exceptional! We drive over 45 minutes for the ribs. It's always a struggle choosing between bbq chicken, beef, or pork ribs. So we usually get some of each! Coming to RibRack, I know I won't be disappointed paying for food that wasnt good.“

“We came here for the gluten free churros as we have never found any anywhere else, figured this could be a once in a lifetime find. It was happy hour so we had drinks and tacos too! Loved the beef barbacoa toco. This restaurant is 100% gluten free so no chance of cross contamination. Staff is very friendly in this light and airy establishment.“
