I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was accidentally sent to their West Chester location. It was an honest mistake that was remedied personally by their owner, Vincenzo. It was a Sunday evening and he left his house right away to deliver the cake personally. I was very impressed by his initiative and willingness to make sure my wife's birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Also, the cake was delicious!“
