“went here yesterday for the first time. we had a rather large party and our waitress was great, and even having to split the checks she was great. But the star of the show was the food. starting with the calamari and ending with an amazing grilled chicken Cesar wrap with squash. everything was wonderful. next time we come to the area we will be back.“

“Very Nice place! Atmosphere was friendly and inviting with Great service! The food was Excellent and delivered quickly and piping hot. Everything our party of four ordered was delicious! The burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. The loaded fries had a remarkable homemade cheese sauce and fresh cooked bacon. The boneless chicken chunks were very fresh with mouth watering sauces of honey barbecue and Tai Sweet Chili. My husband said the Cajun Chicken Mac was the best he has ever had. We live in Ohio and found Nox's on the "googler" after visiting the training camp. We will surely be stopping here everytime we come to town!“

“We stopped in around 6:30 on Friday for some drinks and snacks. The salt and vinegar chicken basket (strips and fries) was the perfect thing to share. The place looked great and the outside area looked cool, but was not open. Lots of big TVs and great bar stools - comfy with a back - but no bar foot rail or hooks under the bar for purses. The bar is really big and there are booths and high top tables in the bar area, with nice, big bathrooms downstairs. We’ll definitely go back - seems like a good place to watch a game.“

“We looked for a great place to eat, in close proximity to our hotel. Searching the internet, Carmody's Grille seemed to stick out for us! My French Dip Sandwich was excellent, as was the Grilled Cheese with bacon! The staff made us feel at home, and Emily went above and beyond to make our visit great, including charging our dead phone! “A great dive type of bar, with the best breakfast and chicken wings around. An older type of crowd tends to be here during breakfast hours with soft playing music. While the night vibe is pretty much a 34yr to 48ish crowd. It's commonly RnB and Hip Hop with the drinks coming out strong and heavy. All while being served by some pretty great female bartenders.“

“Me and my wife have been going to this bar about 4 years. Great atmosphere and very friendly bartenders and owner. Food is excellent and the cooks take a pride in it. We have taken many of our friends there and they love it also.“

“Accidentally happened into Hal's for the first time this evening. Other plans got derailed due to the water main break on McKnight Road. A regular from the area suggested going to this place, and from the moment I even pulled into the parking lot I felt welcomed and could tell I was about to have a great experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The staff was absolutely the best part, which is crazy because the food was unbelievably good! The girls working were very attentive and all made my buddy and I feel incredibly welcomed. They knew the menu inside and out and answered all my annoying questions as a first timer. The pride that your staff shows and talks about is amazing. No wonder they all have been there for long periods of time. The girls behind the bar made our time a memorable one. Nachos were fantastic! The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pizza was out of this world good. The Alfredo sauce was incredible! The whole experience was an 11/10. Can't wait to come back! The girls deserve milkshakes as a reward for a job well done! 👍 🥤“

“Service can be great depending on who you get. There's one male employee (gives hippie vibes) that can be rude and slow to serve. The bar itself is decorated in an interesting way and it's a nice place to relax and enjoy friends or watch sports.“

“Laid back on a regular night, great drinks and food, the STARtenders are Amazing, the security is nice , loads of fun when a party is scheduled . A place for historic South side residents can be social and enjoy each other!“

“Stopped in for dinner and a few beers. The inside is really great, with lots of locals sitting at the bar. The bartender was great with lots of recommendations. I got the Philly cheesesteak and a cup of baked potato soup, both excellent. They brew their own beer there as well. I got the Graze and Three Beards, both were decent.

Parking: Parking seemed to be hit or miss. There is on street parking for a fee, but it’s a busy street, so you may have to park a block away.“

She is a very toxic and demanding person hell bent on iron rule. She is the epitome of an overbearing, drama loving wannabe diva. Skip Mondays and Sundays and turn around any other day she happens to be filling in.“

“Gd/fair priced fish sandw, tuna sandw, and ceasar salad. But, had to take basket o fries hm & airfry til crisp & gldn brown as they shld b bcuz they were white/undercooked. Beer was $7ea!! So if I bought a case, it would be $168??? Price gouge much?? That is ridiculous! So ok if u want to eat here but DO NOT DRINK HERE. Sorry, I wont be back.“
