“Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and not only did they look like they got pummeled by a hostile team member, they had a really weird chemical taste and after a couple of bites we tossed them both out. The beverages we ordered were very good!“

“i'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my best friend and i go to this location 2-3 times a week for iced coffee. we both work at a competing coffee chain (astroid...money) so we know how hard it can be to please coffee drinkers. the staff at this location consistently makes DELICIOUS bevs! their speed of service is superb and all the employees are super kind and hardworking. there's an urban myth that dunkin is inconsistent, but it really must be a myth because i've never left this location disappointed. keep up the good work!“
“I am not a Dunkin fan, but this is a good store with easy parking and friendly service. I think Dunkin is overpriced, so I rarely visit. When I do, I enjoy it. Donuts are fresh. I usually get iced tea, not coffee, which is usually also good.“
“You know I had to get an extra large coffee with butter pecan swirls and cream, with the midnight roast!. I also have the Dunkin’ Donuts app which has rewards on it. So there was a reward for a free lemon pound cake!. Which was a decent size and it was nice and moist. The Dunkin’ Donuts had a drive-through, which was convenient no line the service was fast. Customer service was friendly.“
“Convenient location and kind, attentive, staff. Like most Dunkin's, there are issues with keeping everything in stock, and the app doesn't update when things are out, but there are great people who work here who are always honest about wait times or willing to replace with comparable items if necessary! Never had an issue with a drink or food item here :)“
“Shout out to Jessica, Michelle, and Paula. They are always so helpful and friendly even under pressure they do their jobs well. Food and drinks are always tasty, if there's ever a mistake (its rare but it happens) they fix it on the spot.
For the people giving 1 star reviews because of waiting in line. They are required to take mobile orders first. They do not have a drive-thru. I would suggest ordering through the app if you're in a rush, or not order during their rush periods.
Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives are almond and oat.
Parking: The lot is atrocious, pot holes everywhere. The lot is owned by the building and not by any specific store. There's a couple spots by The Exchange that are missing meters if you're in need of a free spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic, but the grounds are flat.“

I have nothing negative to share about this visit as the workers were kind on this day, our order was correct, and in addition to my regular ordered items (the egg white and veggie bites are TO DIE FOR FYI!)I tried/ordered a lightly iced coffee with the new Butter cookie flavor and cold brew foam and cookie pieces on top added heavy oatmilk and 3 sugars. Coffee is the only thing I like a little sweet.. I feel like the cookie butter is sweet but not to an extreme. I would TOTALLY recommend trying it!! Also my Mom tried the new toasted white chocolate and swore it was giving off coconut vibes for those who love coconut.“

“Love Dunkin'! Make this run daily. Sad they charge more for the extra pump of syrup now. Not every store knows how to make sure you get a full pump of flavor with each pump. First pump is never full.
Vegetarian options: Not vegan but they do have a gluten free bagel at some stores.“
“Now it's not often I leave reviews for Dunkin Donuts, but this particular branch has EXCEPTIONAL service, I tell you. We wanted a little leg-break as tourists, so stopped here on the off chance.
We were greeted by a fine gentleman called Jameer. He was friendly, kind, funny, and sparkling. Not just with us, but with all in the store. The selection of produce was few as it was late afternoon, but it made us purchase a dough just so we could spend more time here.
Lovely Kayla was professional and warm.
Laura supplied a lot of style and warmth also.
This is the kind of service and pitter patter I have only ever experienced before at The Ritz in London.
Now I will absolutely stop here for a light tea and leg rest because of these very fine folk. 10 out of 10“

“The worker “Eli” was the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. My card was declining and he was so patient with me and stayed calm even when others were in the line behind me. I’ve never been so satisfied to the point where I’ve had to write a positive review, but this time pushed me over the edge. This boy is definitely in for a raise.“
