“It is exactly what you would expect from dunkin donuts. That is something I look for in any franchise store or restaurant: consistency.
Nothing great about it, I just appreciate that you know what it will be if you have been to any dunkin donuts.“

Their speed takes every error into accountability and they go above and beyond for their customers. “This was the best Dunkin I’ve ever had in my life. Saved me and my friend from the trenches. The workers were so nice and didn’t mind when I asked for a water at the window. Very very good service and very very good food and drinks. Drinks actually came from the waters of the garden of Eden.“

“i'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my best friend and i go to this location 2-3 times a week for iced coffee. we both work at a competing coffee chain (astroid...money) so we know how hard it can be to please coffee drinkers. the staff at this location consistently makes DELICIOUS bevs! their speed of service is superb and all the employees are super kind and hardworking. there's an urban myth that dunkin is inconsistent, but it really must be a myth because i've never left this location disappointed. keep up the good work!“

“I would like to take the time to highlight a young man on night duty today named Bailey. We were waiting and as we looked through the drive thru window we saw this individual take genuine time and care to make our drinks and treated us with nothing but kindness and professionalism. I could tell he was trying not to make us wait but I didn’t see anybody come to his help. As someone who used to be a barista, Bailey exemplifies the kind of energy I can appreciate about getting a warm cup of coffee on a cold night. I didn’t have the best day today but seeing the sincerity of the simplicity of his task stood out to me in a world where nobody wants to work anymore made me smile. He has the heart for this job. I hate to see that overlooked. This might seem like a simple coffee run that went smooth but as someone who knows how valuable earning a paycheck is and how working is time/energy consuming, this young man deserves to be noticed for doing a job well done. It’s this kind of energy that makes people want to come back. It was worth waiting an extra few minutes to make sure our orders were made well. If there were any other staff with him that night, he could’ve had the help but to management- you have a strong work ethic in this man. He doesn’t need the help but don’t take advantage of it. It’s why good people leave. I pray you treat him well and allow him to flourish with your company. I love Dunkin and im glad this one cares. Bailey, if you’re reading this- keep doing what you are. Now, about my visit: when I ordered, the staff told me right away they were running behind on food. And wow… they weren’t kidding. Thirty minutes later my bagel bites and hash browns finally made it out. Thankfully, I had my coffee in hand to sip while I waited.

Even with a long line and a couple of Karens in the mix, the staff stayed friendly and professional. I actually appreciated the honesty upfront—it let me decide if I wanted to wait (and I did, because hot Dunkin’ food is worth it). Coffee, food, and staff that can handle chaos? Still a 5-star run in my book.“

“Love Dunkin'! Make this run daily. Sad they charge more for the extra pump of syrup now. Not every store knows how to make sure you get a full pump of flavor with each pump. First pump is never full.

Vegetarian options: Not vegan but they do have a gluten free bagel at some stores.“

“Now it's not often I leave reviews for Dunkin Donuts, but this particular branch has EXCEPTIONAL service, I tell you. We wanted a little leg-break as tourists, so stopped here on the off chance.
We were greeted by a fine gentleman called Jameer. He was friendly, kind, funny, and sparkling. Not just with us, but with all in the store. The selection of produce was few as it was late afternoon, but it made us purchase a dough just so we could spend more time here.
Lovely Kayla was professional and warm.
Laura supplied a lot of style and warmth also.
This is the kind of service and pitter patter I have only ever experienced before at The Ritz in London.

“I ordered #2 clown cones for my 34yo son as a sweet past memory of all the years I would order these cones for him and his elementary school class. I work at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh and live 1 hour away. Never thinking of the logistics when ordering until I was hours from picking up the order. Greta called that morning to confirm so I had called her back on the only number I had (her cell phone) to discuss my predicament. At this time, she was not at work, off the clock, and didn't have to help me. She confirmed that by the time I get home, the cones would probably be soup! She suggested I get ice from a local businesses close to their shop on Liberty Ave. I told her I was still not too familiar with that area because I just started this new position about 1 month ago. I assured her I would use my GPS and figure it out. She called me back about 1 hour before I was to pick up my order. She went out and bought a bag of ice for me and brought it to the shop. I was floored! This is a valuable employee but even better a remarkable human being. I was brought to tears with her kindness. She went above and beyond and should be recognized. I am truly grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer. And many thanks to Jill who decorated these cones beautifully!“

“You know I had to get an extra large coffee with butter pecan swirls and cream, with the midnight roast!. I also have the Dunkin’ Donuts app which has rewards on it. So there was a reward for a free lemon pound cake!. Which was a decent size and it was nice and moist. The Dunkin’ Donuts had a drive-through, which was convenient no line the service was fast. Customer service was friendly.“
