Wendy's in Pittsburgh

“I haven't received my meal yet. I'm a senior citizen 1st time delivery customer. I called with concerns about my order. The young lady(Carley) assisted me was courteous, kind and patient with me. I wanted to publicly say thank you and acknowledge your work ethic. Management reward this young lady.“

“Last night we went to the drive thru and ordered a bake potato, they were sadly out of it but didn’t know that until we paid and got to the window. Shawn went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were given good service, he offered anything we wanted and was very apologetic. Thank you Shawn for your great service!“

“There are 8 workers outside smoking marijuana and not packaging orders and the line is wrapped around the buidilg almost in the street this is not acceptable. I had asked them if they can go in there and get my order ready very respectful and they said pay me more and i will.“

“Wendy's is such an underrated fast food chain and that's something I never understood. Their food is 10x better than McDonald's and 3x better than Burger King yet for some odd reason those are the top dogs 🙄 that being said, next time you're there check out the small little section under the kids menu as they have some great deals there .. only hidden a bit 😉“

“Ordered on the app, they left off a cup for a drink & sour cream/"buttery spread." It's amazing how inaccurate orders can be, when you would think typing them into the app should improve accuracy. It's all there on the screen. We live in wild times. ?

Kid-friendliness: The kids like basic burgers n' nuggets.“

“Since I've spent most of my service technician time in a van. I've come to know most of the fast food restaurants in Pittsburgh. This Wendy's in particular has yet to get an order wrong, short wait times, friendly staff. And good food even towards the end of the shift when they're about to close. A big thank you to everybody that orders a meal with a number on it.“

“Well ill keep this ahort and too the point. The manager for late-night, Autumn, is the only bright point I've ever seen here personally. Bathrooms are a lot of always; grease slicked floors, no paper towels, nasty all over. The counter person is almost always more focused on their phone than the customers. Autumn is just a cool respectful decent human with good people skills. When she is there u have no problems. I try to go only late-night as a result. The one super cool thing... Walk up lobby window open same hours as store hours!“

“Wendy's is my go to restaurant when I'm away on errands. Why? Consistent food quality in a complete lunch for under $10.00. Their $5.00 BIGGIE meal includes a junior bacon cheesey (delicious), 4 chicken nugget (yummy with BBQ sauce), REAL French fries ? (not reprocessed potato mash) and a variety of ample sized soft drinks (I enjoy Barqs Root Beer). Add a junior hamburger ? for your companion. No other fast food eatery can match Wendy's for value.“

“I only ran in here real quick I had to use the bathroom but they were very sweet about it and let me use it with no problems so if you're in a dire emergency I'm on the way this is the place you can run into but this is probably as good as the people“

“Abdul the assistant manager came and asked if everything was okay. I said the doublestack I had was super dry. He asked if he could make a new one. I declined and said no thank you. He asked again. I said no thank you again. My mom shared that the reason we were there was because we just found out her brother died. He gave his condolences and shared something personal about his sister and niece. He was very empathetic, sincere, and care. Thank you Abdul for your kind words.“

“It’s a decent location, but they somehow didn’t get my online order and so I had to buy mine twice and call corporate to get a refund. The manager was somewhat rude about it and was not willing to admit it was their fault at all that they didn’t have it, even when I showed proof that I had spent my money on it.“

“This Wendy's is actually very clean and the service is fast. It feels that they have enough staff to be functional. The quality of the food was also surprisingly fresh. Nothing like the Wendy's in Lawrenceville (Pittsburgh, PA) wich is an utter disaster. )“

“Of all the fast food restaurants, Wendy's is my favorite. Normally I wouldn't mention a worker there, but Mary Ann took really good care of my friend and I went our fries were not hot. She made sure that we got really great fries. I have always enjoyed their burgers.“
