I was completely blown away. The crust, the sauce, the whole thing was incredible — and the hoagie was just as impressive. Grandslam Pizza is a must‑try. They also run tons of specials, so keep an eye on their social media for deals.”

“I love the amount of real spices they use in their curries. I can tell that the restaurant has a great quality of food. I am very sensitive to (hot) spices, but I want to enjoy the flavors of Indian food. If I ask for a 0 the spice level feels too hot for me. Last time I came, I asked for them to adjust the spice level to be milder than 0. They were able to reduce the heat in the dish to levels I could handle without reducing the flavor. I have not dined in at this restaurant, but enjoy the ambience of the place. It is clean and the decor is eye catching.”

I love the fact that they take cash only. Which is some of the negativity here. A positive comments I've read here are in fact accurate. While we were picking up our pizza. A customer came in and picked up a couple of slices that they knew by name. Definitely worth the money. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back.”

“We do not have an Indian restaurant where I live. It is my favorite cuisine. I have driven to Monroeville more times than I can count to satisfy my family’s Indian cravings (yes even my 7 year old loves Indian food). I can say without a doubt this is the best I have tried in the Pittsburgh area. The freshness and quality is so amazing. The owner is very personable and service is great. I will go no where else but this place going forward. So happy a decided to stop on a whim!”

“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.”

“I check the weekly offerings and try to plan a trip when something sounds appealing. I will say that I have enjoyed 95% of the ones I tried. You can't go wrong with the semi-sweet chocolate chip. The pineapple upside down cake was delicious. The orange creamsicle flavor was spot on. They recently had a peanut butter crisp cookie featuring Butterfinger. It tasted like the candy bar in cookie form.”
