“Handmade pretzels made by Amish young teenage girls who had been working there probably for many years.

The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.

Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.“

Beautiful and delicious as usual.

The birthday treats need to be store bought, and it is so hard to find something fun and vegan. The entire class loved the cupcakes! My daughter said "this was the best school birthday yet!"“

Rachel made my gluten-free breakfast sandwich, which was delicious. And the coffee station is great! Everyone was so helpful with all my questions. As a local, I can tell you I will be back again!

“We’ve been to our share of buffets - this one is the best. Fabulous food, staff is beyond amazing, clean, spacious, etc etc! Some say it’s a little pricey but if you see the different selections and just taste it, it is so worth it! For what we spent, you could go out for a steak dinner. You can get a freshly made steak along with roast beef, chicken, pot pie, several more entrees and vegetables along with salad bar AND desserts - I’ll take this buffet over a plain steak dinner anytime!!!!“

“So my husband and I love trying new places! We are not from Lancaster but from the Reading area. We sat at the bar on Saturday and met Boots.. Yes. Our bartenders name was Boots. He was nothing short of amazing!!!!! He was fun, funny, knowledgable and perfect!! Our food (Korean kabobs and pretzel) were sooo delicious!!! Drinks fantastic!!! If you have a chance to chill with Boots I highly suggest you do it!!! Thank you Boots for a fantastic afternoon. Just wish we got to see Kat and give her that message (lol)“

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“
