The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. “On November 12th I was one of a party of 12 who enjoyed one of the most delicious and enjoyable dinners ever, at Lilith. We ordered a variety of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks. Food was cooked perfectly and served graciously. The small venue is absolutely charming and warm; don't let the small neighborhood fool you- this is worth seeking out. I wish I had taken photos, but those already posted reflect the lovely dishes we all ordered. The staff members, to a person, were gracious, thoughtful, and timely in their interactions with us. It was a highlight of our trip to Pittsburgh. Enjoy!”

“we ordered the brisket and pulled pork for a birthday party on the 13th. I can't express how well it was received. People especially raved about the brisket and we bought a whole pan and had nothing left. the pulled pork was just as delicious. there BBQ sauces are also excellent. This is the second time we used their catering service and I'm sure we'll be doing it again.”

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!”

“Stopped here after Steel City Con for lunch. I grew up on the VA/NC border, and I’m used to having good BBQ. No doubt, Big Rig might be the best barbecue I’ve ever had anywhere. I was in a group of four big dudes, and everyone loved their various dishes and the portions are huge. Great service, great food. 100% will be back again.”

“This is a special place. Liege waffles are very different than anything I've ever had. They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. Please note: these are not meant to be served with ice cream on top. The ice cream and waffles are both very good by themselves. The owner only serves them together because people ask for that, but I think they ask for it because they think that's how it's meant to be served. (At least, that's what we thought!)”

“Love visiting condado butler street when i’m in the lawrenceville area. It’s such a fun vibe & the food is always a 10. My #1 is the chorizo queso. Definitely a very well-managed location. Ask for the employee Phy if you go! Can’t wait until my next visit!”

“I check the weekly offerings and try to plan a trip when something sounds appealing. I will say that I have enjoyed 95% of the ones I tried. You can't go wrong with the semi-sweet chocolate chip. The pineapple upside down cake was delicious. The orange creamsicle flavor was spot on. They recently had a peanut butter crisp cookie featuring Butterfinger. It tasted like the candy bar in cookie form.”

“We had the best time for my cousins Bachelorette tea party! The atmosphere was so cozy and all of the staff were friendly! We had the best time blending our own special tea! Danielle was the best host and so knowledgeable about all of the herbs we could pick from. Booking the event was easy and Danielle was able to answer any questions that we had before the event and during it as well. Would definitely recommend Abeille Voyante Tea for their tea party and amazing loose leaf tea!”

The restaurant was very homely where you know it’s that authentic family recipe passed down from generation to generation. Our food was hot and served in a timely fashion. “Best bread anywhere in the Pittsburgh area…worth our 30 minute drive to buy!! And if you want to treat yourself to the BEST cinnamon roll - buy one and savor it!! Flavor is incredible and one roll can feed 2 people easily!! If they ever make the flat non-iced sugar sprinkled cinnamon rolls again- I will buy them all!! Those are absolute perfection in taste and texture..piece of Heaven!!”
