Chipotle Mexican Grill in Reading

“I was terrified after reading reviews but has already placed my online order! My chicken burrito bowl was delicious! Rice was cooked well, chicken wasn’t dry and toppings were great, too! I ordered for drive through pickup and food was ready on time. The employee even came back and double checked on me to see if I needed anything else while I was setting myself up to eat and drive distracted. Lolol Y’all need to chill.“

“Busy when I went, so there was a long line. Manager on duty scolded the new employee who was being a cashier. I guess she took her gloves off but was then her paying customer asked for a food item. She asked the manager (preparing food) if he could put sour cream in the cup. Manager told her "that's why you're not suppose to take your gloves off!" She was being a cashier, so she needed gloves? Anyhow, it was rude. Manager looked up at me, then put his head down. They had no guacamole.“
