“Talluto's is AMAZING!!!!! So worth the 45 minute drive. My favorites are the cheese balls, stuffed peppers, Old World Italian hoagie, butternut squash raviolis, cheese manicotti, broccoli rabe raviolis and Veal raviolis. The staff is WONDERFUL, very friendly and helpful!! Can't say enough!

Buona Sera Havertown has a warm welcoming atmosphere, excellent staff and a great menu of everyone’s favorites. Since 2022, this throwback has been a favorite in town. The shrimp pastas was excellent But the hit was the Scaloppine Alla Cardinale veal scaloppine sauteed with white wine, prosciutto, mozzarella and topped with roasted peppers.. The menu includes enough veal, seafood, chicken, sausage, and steak entrees to make choosing just one a challenge. Oh and yes the calamari and fresh mozzarella apps were bellissimo! Homemade desserts galore…need more reasons to go? No.“

“What a fantastic place to eat before we saw a concert at Ardmore Music Hall. We asked to be in and out within 45 minutes so we could make the concert. The service was fast but not rushed. The food from apps to entre', we're hot and delicious. The bread was also warm and crusty but soft in the middle. Paired perfectly with my eggplant parm appetizer. I also had the penne vodka as my main dish. I was not disappointed. My husband had a Cesar salad and a capellini and seafood dish. Fantastic portion size. Everything was just perfect. My only regret was that we didn't have time for dessert. Next time!!“

“Piazza Napoli is an all-around great pizza parlor! They offer takeout, but also dine-in, and you can reserve for pizza party. Their delicious upside down pizza is our family fave, yummy inside outs, along with tomato pie. Prompt service, has been consistently ready on time for pick up. (We have not tried delivery.). Menu has so much to offer, everything has been tasty. Give 'em a try!“

“Illata has become our favorite Fitler Square restaurant, and we've been in the neighborhood for 22 years. It's a little gem, nestled on Gray's Ferry Ave just steps from South Street. The staff is extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, and the food is - in a word- exquisite. All delicious, all prepared beautifully, a very balanced menu of seafood, red meat and vegetarian options. Their desserts are divine!
But perhaps the most amazing, and extremely reasonable addition, to the menu is their sourdough bread- hearty and flavorful, with a perfect slightly chewy feel on the tongue. We've taken to order some to go!

“Decent neighborhood pizza place. I had their pizza at a birthday party so it had been sitting for a while in the home .That wasn’t their fault. The ricotta, spinach slice was very good and so that I barely finished it, The people who worked there were very nice to us. I’d like to try the pizza again as a sit down meal in their restaurant.

“My great grandfather used to get this ravioli for family dinners, and where he got it was his secret. He finally told my grandma where he got it when he was dying, so we’ve been lucky enough to keep having this ravioli. I hadn’t had it in years but just got a couple of packs on a trip and brought it cross-country. I was surprised to find that it was just as good as I remembered! Best ravioli anywhere!“

“These are the most generous people I’ve ever had the privilege of ordering from in my life. I’m going through a family crisis and I’m in town for the week. I’ve been eating wawa veggie sandwiches and French fries for over a week now and I decided to treat myself to something vegan so I ordered through grubhub for the first time. I guess I accidentally ordered it to be delivered the following day. So I just called them and asked them if they were able to change the delivery time. They said sure no problem but apparently they couldn’t find a GH driver so the owner drove 20 minutes to deliver it to me and I’m honestly about to cry after the week I’ve had. They will never know how much this means to me. I am a lifelong Boardwalk Vegan fan and cannot recommend them enough!!!“
