Food was delicious, and excellent - PERSONAL - service. Our waitress was Janet, and she was absolutely wonderful. Ended up striking conversation with her and another couple. “We are traveling and looked at menus online to decide where we wanted to eat. We chose this place based on a few items that sounded really good. When we arrived we found out those items weren't available and almost decided to leave. We're so glad we didn't! We chose the quesadillas, the mahi tacos, and the sliders. Everything was so good, especially the quesadillas! The service was excellent and the waitress was so apologetic for the lack of some menu items. Go out and support these ladies that are working through some staffing changes!“

“My family and I accidentally stumbled across this place, (I haven't been to this building/restaurant since 2012 when it was under a different establishment and last I knew nothing was reopened) and this family of new owners was very ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND just made us feel WELCOMED from the start. The owners were AMAZING, gave us a background of their business and their children were EXCEPTIONALLY polite, and KNEW how to work as a team! Anthony has been our server/bartender for a number of years and he remembers us every time we stop in for a drink or dinner. He goes above and beyond and we really appreciate it. “MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“I like the 2-2-2 it's a breakfast meal you can get two pancakes or two toast you can get bacon or sausag and eggs it's around $9 it is 8 something but you got to think about tax everybody's so sweet and if you're lucky enough your kid can get a fruit snack and the cheeseburgers but the only bad thing is is tax and you have to pay for water but other than that it's pretty good if you go there every day they always remember you and it would be nice if they add kids meal

I used to live here about 8 years ago and moved away for that time period, but as soon as I moved back in 2023, I had to get some of their wings!The wings are just as incredible as before and their flavors are insane! The menu might look a bit intimidating with all of the crazy fun flavors, but trust me, you won't get a bad one from them! They are all so unique and different.Do yourself a favor and go to BSB's to try some of their wing flavors! Their subs are also fantastic!“

“Went there for the first time on a Saturday for dinner. Nice place with lots of options. Our server who was doubling as cook was super nice and answered all our questions and special requests. I got the Cranberry Poppins salad. It was fresh, delicious and very large. The rest of my party had the fish sandwich, the chicken tenders and fries and the Alcove Burger. Everyone liked their food. The service was friendly, the food was great, and I felt right at home. I also purchased some Smiley Cookies and a copy of their book, Eat'n Park: The Story Behind the Smile. Highly recommend.“

“Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding. I am a little hesitant to post this since their Facebook page seems to have gone silent and reviews on other platforms indicate that management and menus may have changed in the last 6 months. But I was so pleased with my experience that it only seems fair to give credit where credit is due…. If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner location in Cranberry and have 30 guests or less, I highly recommend the private room at Ember and Vine in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry. We researched every restaurant in the area and Ember and Vine at DoubleTree delivered a perfect solution. Their facilities are beautiful and modern, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Although they can do traditional seated banquet-style meals, we wanted something distinctly different from our wedding dinner the following day. We chose to order off their regular restaurant menu and have them cordon off a portion of the lobby area next to the private room, where a buffet was placed with different flavors of wings, woodfired pizzas, salad, and their oh-so-yummy crispy brussels sprouts. Not only were they flexible with the setup and menu (accommodating multiple food allergies), they also provided the option to have a limited bar within the private room or have our guests use the full bar in the lobby. Having the private room but also the cordoned off lobby area gave us extra area to mingle and a great balance between private space and the fun energy and ambiance from the restaurant and bar. Our guests loved the food and had loads of fun! Other factors that made Ember and Vine a clear winner for us were: - They had a very low minimum spend. Other locations with private dining had a ridiculous minimum spend that would be difficult to meet with a 20-30 person guest list. - The large parking lot. We looked at other options closer to our venue and parking was limited. - Flexibility with timing. We gave them a general time frame for arrival, but not knowing how long the rehearsal would take, they told us just to call them when we were 20 minutes out. Thanks DoubleTree and Ember and Vine for a classy venue and excellent food that let my husband and me and our closest friends and family relax and have a great time before our big day!!“

I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly.
