“Food is always great at Five Guys, so no complaints here. The staff was also very friendly. We had a newborn in the parking lot and had eaten out food in the car, so we were parked outside for a while (our baby then had thrown up so we were outside of the car cleaning up and such) and because of that a staff member came out and asked if we were okay which was really nice!“

We get it delivered as well.

“This has been my go to arbys for years now. Worth the 40 minute trip to crush my arbys cravings knowing this location has only ever slightly messed up an order by giving me crinkle fries instead of curly. I miss the spicy 3 pepper sauce though, it was my go to for on my sandwich and fries. The workers here are always nice and polite as well.“

We got there about 5 minutes before our pick-up time, and got our food around 5 minutes past our pick-up time. The food was great! Hot and very good. We did not get drinks or shakes this time. “I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.

I was very satisfied with both the food and the service, and I will definitely be visiting this store again. Highly recommend giving Firehouse Subs a try!“
