“My husband and I have been loyal customers to this Tony Roni‘s for years, Tony Roni’s is so good that we drive from Glenside to this particular Tony Roni‘s in Spring House for many reasons. The food is extremely good, and extremely fresh. We have had salads we’ve had pasta dishes, and we’ve had pizza in particular lately. We like to get their cheesesteaks
they are extremely large fair portion and the beef is delicious. I did note the last time that they had made a change in the beef and they told me it was the ribeye beef, but I preferred the older, traditional beef. I thought it was more tender and they kept it so that you have a choice of both ribeye and the traditional, tender beef. I don’t know if anyone else had noticed that. In my opinion, the traditional beef is more tender.
But I appreciate the courtesy and personal service that Louis the manager remembered me and said we have the traditional beef as well! I thought that was excellent, I guess you can see why my husband and I when we have the urge for good Italian food or pizza and cheesesteak. We take the trip over to Spring House..

We were immediately greeted by some of the sweetest servers and our own server Jack was so so attentive and helpful. The service alone would make me want to go back, but the food was delicious, and there were so many options to choose from! I wanted to try the Roman flatbreads, the pizza, the sandwiches…the wings…!!! But I settled for the brussel sprouts, one of the salads and one of their special schiacciata sandwiches! They had so many options and me and my sister chose the Dante which was pretty good, turkey with grilled zucchini and burrata. I think I would have preferred one of the others a little more but it was still very good! My fiance ordered the cheesesteak and he loved it as well as another appetizer. “Went to Adelina's five months ago the week they opened. It was a disappointing experience on multiple fronts and my review said as much. Last night was completely different and I thought it was important to say so. The service was attentive. The wine list was expanded and had more affordable options. But the star of the night was the food. Eggplant fritters were crispy outside and pillowy inside and came with a delicious complementary dipping sauce. A charcuterie board is not usually something that excites me. But the selections we tried were transportative. The pecorino tartufo with our Pinot noir were the perfect pair. The other meats and cheese we tried made every bite a party. Our entree selection was the lasagne, which we didn't realize was vegetarian. The dish completely won us over. Inventive and flavorful, the lasagne in not like something you've had before and is a must try! I'm so glad we came back and gave Adelina's another try. Cheers!“

The complimentary bruschetta, crepes & limoncello are not just delicious, but add an extra special touch. We got the crabmeat & lobster ravioli served with scallops in vodka sauce, lasagna, and the homemade tiramisu. Everything was just incredible! “I have been writing about the Italian culture, history and food for many years, and have been making all sorts of pizza styles for two decades--I highly recommend Trios. I've been critical of Trenton style tomato pies in the past... usually covered with overpowering, acidic, cheap tomato sauce and barely a dusting of "parmesan" cheese. Trios' pies are a whole other level above that. Their crust is thin and crusty. They use amazingly sweet crushed tomatoes. The toppings are very Italian. Authenticity is key here... you won't be dissapointed!“

The bread here is the same wonderful homemade hoagie rolls with cheese and olive oil that they serve at their Alessio's Seafood Grille in Warrington. Pasta special – Sautéed portobello mushroom, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts & roasted peppers, roasted garlic cream sauce. Very tasty, though the sauce was perhaps a bit unnecessarily rich and thick. Cod with olive oil, lemon garlic: Pretty good, though somewhat overcooked. The steamed clams appetizer in lemon-garlic white wine sauce was very good. My partner complained they were a little too chewy, but I think they were fine. Aperol spritz tasted a bit off. I would be surprised if the classic ingredients and ratios were followed. If I had to guess, I’d say they swapped out either the Prosecco or the Aperol with something else. The high-top chairs are pretty uncomfortable; chairs at the standard tables looked much better.“
