“I was floored seeing only 92% of people would recommend Mitzi’s. That other 8% can, well, you know. We love Mary, Nikki, and Tasha. They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. Came for breakfast, I tried the beef empanadas, buñuelos, almojabana and the cheese croissant….wow, wow, wow, everything was so delicious and freshly made, the empanadas were in the perfect side! The food was amazing as was the service - many guests told us this was one of the best wedding food they’d had! We worked with Sonia Bamra - the owner of the restaurant to plan the meal and its presentation - she was very helpful and flexible with designing the perfect menu choices . I would recommend. Bibi’s Tiffin to anyone planning a small or large meal with Indian food!“

“We went to Social Still on the recommendation of a friend. We were coming in from out of town for a concert and to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Social Still did not disappoint. The atmosphere and staff were perfect. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. We started with some cocktails, ( both of us are admittedly picky about drinks), and we loved ours so much we left with a bottle of botanical gin. The food was delicious, I had the crab and chorizo beignets. Such a great combo and excellently prepared. The hand cut fries were a nice add on and disappeared from the table as soon as we started eating them. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I really appreciated the menu item “by a round of drinks for the kitchen staff”. That shows me that it is run by people who care about each other. We will be making a point to come back!“

“This might just be my favorite brewery in the Lehigh Valley. I haven't tried one beer that I haven't liked. The service is amazing and the beer is even better. I'll have to make it to their Hellertown location to see how that is too.

Note - to my knowledge, the food is not staffed or operated by Lost Tavern. They just happen to share the same space but it's too separate places. Some people come in just for food or just for beer - you don't need to do both but you can!“

Servers did not clear first item of butter plate and bread baskets off table whole night. Never ask if everything ok with dinner, did not refill water, coffee or tea. Had to go to bar to get water. Mignon a bit tuff and expected better than simple green beans and little red potatoes. Better meal at other steak houses. Atmosphere good because we brought our own decorations.“

Staff: 10/10. Our first visit to Bonn was moderately busy, but the staff took the time to answer questions, was friendly and knowledgeable, and was very attentive.
Our second visit was slammed busy with a line practically out the door.
I honestly didn’t notice a difference or drop in service. Absolute all-stars.

Beer: this place is a goldmine of English pub styles with outstanding milds and bitters. We worked our way through the tap list and couldn’t find a beer that wasn’t good to great.

Parking: located next to two large parking lots (pay). Well lit.

Food: none. Fuel up before you go.

Atmosphere: small, quaint, but comfortable and welcoming. On our first visit, another patron at the bar told us, “I envy you…I wish I could experience this place again for the first time.” It’s that kind of place. You just click with the vibe and it feels good. On both visits here, we didn’t want to leave.

Overall: I brewed my first beer 25 years ago. I’m a certified beer judge. I’ve lived all over the US and traveled extensively. Not everyone is going to instantly click with this place, or fall in love with their style. I did, and I have. Bonn Place is in my top 20 favorite breweries in the US. Give them a try.“
