“Easily some of the best takeout I had in a long time. Everything tasted so fresh (especially the egg rolls!!), and the platters were big at a reasonable cost. They even have a nice vegan selection, which is an added bonus for those in need. This spot definitely stands out compared to all of the other places I've tried in Delco.

“I have been eating here every Sunday for several years. And then I shop. Everything tastes great, everything is organic, mostly wholegrain and it is 95% vegan and is an amazing bargain! Jammed Yam (sweet potato with quinoa, black beans, pineapple, mixed peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, avocado) has been my go to for a while now, but I do get other entrees from time to time. There is always a special and a soup and if you get there early you might be able to get one or two of their $.99 vegan wholegrain muffins. Yes, you can mix and match any ingredients or pay $.75 to get extra. I also get a kombucha refill in my growler.“

“Dottie’s Donuts are the best donuts in Philadelphia. I’ll take the Pepsi Challenge to the crap they sell at Dunkin and I’d pick Dottie’s every single time. They’re quite possibly the greatest donuts in the state of Pennsylvania, which would immediately place them in the state national treasure donut contest. And once Florida is disqualified for not wearing mask, Dottie’s would see the highest standings in the runnin' for greatest donuts, worldwide. Yeah. That good.“

“Stumbled across this spot on DoorDash and decided to drive to it since it was 5 minutes away from my house. These were some of the best tacos I ever tasted. Them shrimp tacos are AMAZING!!! The guy and girl in there was very nice and displayed great customer service. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it. Also get the supreme shrimp tacos!!“

“Ripplewood Whiskey REALLY impressed me. The food is not only creative and unique - it’s insanely delicious. I ordered their take on fish & chips: sesame-crusted cod with a miso caramel glaze, paired with garlic creamed kale (I never realized kale could taste this good) and purple sweet potatoes. It’s the kind of dish where everything just makes sense together and I legitimately can't stop thinking about it.

“Ordered a birthday cake for my mom’s 50th from Kia’s and I cannot recommend them more. I worked with Rachel, and she was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. “We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .“

The only qualm was it felt the pizza wasn’t cooked enough to hold up with the toppings on it.
