“Every time I get anything I receieve the best customer service ever. Two times I could remember within this last month is once with a pregnant worker she suggested different drinks and explained to my daughter what the green matcha drink thing was she excellent and just yesterday literally right before they closed I wanted a pumpkin iced latte and a worker expressed to me that the machines were already shut down but she could make me a an pumpkin iced coffee just as good. She was so nice and it was so amazing. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you guys you are appreciated.“

The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! It was just ok and not worth the close to $7 I paid for a medium. BUT, as I mentioned, Krispy Kreme donuts, especially the original glazed are amazing!!!“

“Really nice atmosphere. You walk in and can sit wherever you'd like. They have a small menu. I ordered the tuna melt (10/10)with truffle fries(5/10) and half a Cesar salad(10/10) and a mimosa. My husband ordered the sweet hottie on a baguette(8/10) with greens and the immunity juice.(10/10). Everything was delicious .. the truffle fries are the only thing that was underwhelming.. the cesar salad had a different taste that i loved. Idk if it was the dressing or the caramilized onions. My favorite ice cream of all time for over 45 years is mint chocolate chip ..I will judge an entire dairy based on one little taste of my favorite ...as you can see from the size of the scoop , I had many many little tastes and enjoyed every single one of them....smooth, creamy perfectly minty with just the right amount of chocolate! As you can also see, Shasta , my service wahwah enjoyed the heck out of her complimentary pupcup with two teeny weeny milk bone sprinkles!
Such a lovely chill spot and the color changing spoon amused me.

“This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. “For the most part, my experience with this DD is awesome. Except for my visit when the older woman staff with long dark hair handed me a stone cold cup of coffee when I asked her for a XL hot. There should be no reason why someone hands someone cold coffee. I had another staff remake it. It's insulting when you work hard, and just want a nice cup of coffee but a staff member doesn't care enough to make sure that the coffee was actually hot.“

“The upgrade looks modern and the store is very busy. The last few times the wait has been very long. Most of their business comes from the drive thru. They need about 2 or 3 additional employees behind the counter in order to keep up with the orders.“

“Love old forge Dunkin’. The workers are awesome however The people that come through the drive tru are awfully rude. In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.“

“I LOVE this Dunkin!!! Everyone is really nice and works hard to make my order right. I particularly like to get a refresher with almond milk. This is the ONLY Dunkin that will give it to me. All others that I have tried give the excuse, “We don’t have the button for almond milk so we can’t make it…” Even though I’m willing to pay extra for it AND they literally have almond milk in their stock, they refuse. It really is disappointing.
I am so so thankful that this Dunkin makes my drink to my liking. They put in that extra effort which always makes me smile. They are the only Dunkin that I will go to. ❤️“
