Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.“

“I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“My employer, Optimum RV had me place a catering order with this location for a 4th of July party we were having, and this team did above exceptional! We placed an order for 35 mixed blizzards/sundaes and they took care making each one, as well as packing them up for us. The manager, assisted us with every step of the process, also advising what would be best to order. The store itself was very clean, the team attentive. I would 1000% recommend this location to anyone. Ice cream could never be bad :) here.“

“I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. “When we are in California, we are regular to Blaze pizza which has unlimited toppings. Recently moved to KOP and looked for the same stores but no luck. After few days, heard about MOD pizza from a friend and went for a quick byte in an afternoon. Store is clean and they also had unlimited topping pizza. We tried their thin crust and it’s good. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? “I go here often enough that my mom and I have made friends there. The workers are pretty friendly and the food is good. Sometimes, it's on the down side but most times it's worth getting. Usually go in the afternoon when things aren't as crowded, and there's not much confusion.“

I got a bean and rice burrito, but beyond the amazing food I got even better customer service. Not only where the employees professional and kind, but they made my night. “Typically, Dairy Queen establishments with indoor seating aren’t are run down and serve lower quality ice cream than purely outdoor ones. Not sure why, but that’s I’ve experienced over the years.

This location, however, is very nice. Thanks to this DQ, I don’t have to spend the colder months craving a blizzard and can try all of the seasonal flavors. The ice cream is consistently good; I go here almost every week, and they never once skimped or served ice cream that wasn’t fresh. The seating area is clean and well maintained.“
