“I studied and worked remotely from this location many times from 2021 - 2025. The atmosphere of the Wexford location is unparalleled by any other coffee place I've been to. The plants, the decor, the engaging baristas, delicious coffee, tasty blueberry muffins, and the overall positive and relaxing vibe drew me back over and over again. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place, the people who work there, and those who own and govern the business. I haven't been to the other locations, but I'm sure they are excellent, too. :) So, go grab a coffee, get into gardening via one of the many plants for sale, and have a good time.“

“This Capital One Cafe in the mall has banking services, rooms and tables for work, and foods and beverages for purchase. My husband and I have a Capital One credit card, but you do not have to have one in order to be a customer at this cafe. No employees pressured us to purchase any financial products. We bought a chai latte and an apple cider and used our Capital One credit card to save money. One other menu item that I wanted was out of stock. The total price was very reasonable, and the two drinks tasted very good. Plenty of seating was available.“

“Stopped at the mall after a bus trip for dinner. Looked up restaurants avaiable and Ruscello sounded like a good option. Wasn't aware of it inside Nordstrom. It was a delicious Italian restaurant. Really enjoyed the lemon chicken gnocchi. And the waitress we had was very good!!“

Because it's somewhat tucked away and not as heavily advertised as some of the other Starbucks locations on McKnight it's able to have a very relaxed environment while not being obscenely busy. Also they have a huge parking lot so no issues finding a place to park if you just wanna chill and hang out.“

She is super knowledgeable about the different drinks and encouraging when I’m skeptical of trying new flavors. She makes my “special drink” al year round and this makes me very happy. She is one of a kind and this location is always spotless clean + rarely ever a wait.“

“The staff here are so so incredible. Although I wish the hours were longer for weekends, the workload they manage while maintaining the quality of drinks is amazing. I'm endlessly impressed how they manage to make all of the morning orders and still draw a cute doodle on my cup (although I don't believe the art should be a company requirement). It is clean, but some of the furniture is very worn and could stand to be replaced/Upgraded.“

I went back on my way back home and they were so apologetic and remade my order. I later noticed a little note saying “we’re sorry” on my cup.
