“After getting food poisoning from Great Wall, I found Rice House. They have the absolute most incredible and fresh food. I highly recommend getting their coconut chicken, honey chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, egg rolls, their duck sauce is the best. Their portions are very generous and they have lunch specials up until 3 PM every day. My daughter and I absolutely love this restaurant and the owners are so sweet. “Tried takeout today for the first time and everything was delicious. This is more of a takeout place since the vibe is very basic, but there are a few tables for eat-in. I had the Pork Rib noodles and it was a very large portion with fresh bok choy, nicely spiced pork, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Also tried spring rolls and hot and sour soup (standards to see how they compare to other restaurants in the area). Spring rolls had options of chicken or chicken and shrimp, not greasy at all, and very good. Hot and sour soup was hotter than I've had elsewhere and not as thick as usual--i prefer this version. Prices were very good especially given the portion size of the noodles, easily enough for 2 meals. I will definitely be back!“

“If you’re craving good lo mein, look no further. At the recommendation of someone on the local community page, we tried King House a few months ago and now this is the ONLY place I get Chinese from.

Their vegetable lo mein is always loaded with veggies, super flavorful & fresh. It’s not greasy like some other places either. The Singapore mei fun, General Tao’s, wonton soup & steamed dumplings are fantastic as well, and the owners/employees are always so friendly to boot.

Please don’t ever change, you guys are awesome!“

“I just ordered from here and oh my goodness that was so good. I got basic sweet/sour chicken, white rice, wonton soup, and Chinese donuts. The chicken was so fresh and crispy. The chicken was also really good quality, very trustworthy. Flavor of the wonton soup was on point and it was stuffed with wontons. The donuts could have been covered with more sugar but the dough was still good. I can tell the oil they are using is fresh (at least for my experience.) Food was ready fast.“

“Got general Tso chicken, pork fried rice and an iced tea for $10.50. No idea how they are able to charge this little but the food wasn’t bad at all. The pork fried rice was a lil blah, next time I will just get white rice. I didn’t call to order and my food took a lil while but I was very happy with the general tso chicken. Will order again.

“Tried a dozen places since we moved here 8 months ago. This is the first place we found with normal looking fried rice (Brown and white fried with char spots and multi colored) and not the all yellow rice. This was clearly cooked fresh, tastes fresh, will return.“

“What a fantastic, intimate, family run restaurant. ALL of the food is fresh, and the flavors and appearance of the dishes are amazing. The menu covers Japanese, Chinese, and Thai. “This business just so happens to have some of the better food and cleanliness in comparison to the other options that are in that specific neighborhood. Again (Compared to the other neighborhood options) Employee does round off prices/ totals to the nearest dollar and has made up prices a few times.Also the one lady who normally takes the food orders is just not nice or good with the way she handles what could be seen as a small issue, no matter how pleasant the patron is communicating the issue at hand, the woman seems to handle it poorly, even tossing someone’s “order” to the other end of the serving glass door and the persons change, while yelling things out. The usual demeanor of this woman is usually, impatient and slightly irritable. (I say this knowing what it is to work in customer service for many years and with all walks of life.)To keep it simple, she gets pretty disrespectful when it’s not called for and I’ve seen it firsthand and dealt with it myself but I do well at not entertaining ignorance. “This is pretty much the only place i eat at this mall. For me the price is very reasonable and usually they have something i always enjoy. The spicy fried tofu (w/Veggies & Lo Main) is always great and my go-to when I want a filling snack.
I wish I could give bonus stars simply for the wonderful woman working the register today (9/1/24, roguhly 1 pm). She was amazingly friendly! While I patiently waited for my meal I noticed every customer who came into here (including myself!) was acknowledged and greeted, she made sure to ask if orders were correct double checking and all, and would always find something to compliment or have that moment of a quick impression/connection and making someone's day that much better. Not one person left without a smile. Someone like that is a very rare gift in the food industry. I wish I could give her a proper shout-out, but I never got her name!“

Wait is never long , usually ready for pick up 10-15 minutes after placing order. Recent upgrade to full online ordering is a huge plus for me.
Service is great, and they are all friendly.

“I’ve been a customer for over 25 years! Food is very good and the restaurant, although Take Out only, is well cooked! The only complaint I have ever had was one of the women at the window doesn’t speak English very well! She often has to ask the cook to translate the order for her!
