“We were on vacation nearby during Memorial weekend and passing Weissport. This was when we stumbled upon this cute little ice cream shop. The tables inside are chalkboards, great for kids and adults. There is also a piano that people can play some impromptu tunes. We liked it.“

“Joey B's is arguably the best place in Palmerton. Great food, great drinks, awesome staff.

We make the trip from Easton semi-regularly to meet up with friends and it's never once been a negative experience.

“Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time tonight because we heard great things about it. The parking lot was always full so I figured we’d have to make a reservation but turns out we called 20 minutes before we got there and they had an opening we started off with the wings and they were big and very yummy. I got hot and honey and he got hot. Then I got the French onion soup because I have to get that everywhere I go and it was the best I’ve ever had that I had a chicken Caesar salad, which was very good and he had a fish sandwich that he said was good as well, it comes with homemade fries which were super yummy.All the staff were friendly and fast service! We will definitely be back!! 5 stars“

“Loved the food!!! amazing customer service. Tried the tacos and the chimichanga. The tacos were delicious and I would recommend the guacamole and the jalapeno cilantro sauce. The chimichanga is huge, full of meat and delicious! The owner gave me a chicken empanada and also would recommend it. Full of meat from corner to corner and very flavorful.The best in the area! “We’ve patronized Thunderhead Lodge twice in 2 weeks with friends at each visit. Service was great at both visits and everyone agreed (both visits) that it’s definitely worth another visit! The French onion soup is amazing and the crab cake sandwich with sweet potato fries is amazing! “It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“Fun restaurant with random nicknacks everywhere. Your eyes will wander around the whole time you are there. A cute dog is the official greater. The food was decent enough that I would come back while in town. The frozen party drinks served in over sized cups hit the spot. My daughter loved her pasta and chicken wings, the wife was happy with her salmon with baked potato, and I ordered the ribs and actually liked it better than the past few times I've ordered ribs at random establishments that offer it. Chocolate cake and berry pie were enjoyable. If busy the gentleman that was working there is definitely hustling and doing his best to keep up. So be patient. Enjoy.“

“A little constructive feedback… My husband and I stopped in for the first time a couple of nights ago. We are locals and always looking for a new place to try. When we first got our food, things were going well. The first bite or two was fine, as a matter of fact there really wasn’t anything wrong with the food. We got our food about 6:45. By my second or third bite., all I could smell was bleach. The dining room is very small, and an employee rolled a mop bucket past us and into the back. I figured the smell would soon dissipate and that she was mopping in the back. They proceeded to mop the whole eating area, all around us. I personally cannot stand the smell of bleach and I am not happy that as a paying customer, I was forced to inhale bleach, for the rest of my meal, which pissed me off as it ruined the rest of the visit and my appetite. There is no way that was necessary to do that while people were eating. Even if you were closing soon, it makes no difference! Wait until you don’t have customers trying to enjoy their food.“

“No pictures since we were starving Marvin... But these were the best wings we've had in the area, asked for them extra crispy... The hot has a very good kick to it. My SO found a bit too much, but just right for me.

Me and my SO agreed these are THE best fries we've ever had. Perfectly cooked fresh cut fries. Do yourself a favor and get them.

And service was beyond friendly, even though they were pretty busy for a Friday everything was what you would want in a meal.“

“This is literally the best ice cream I've ever tasted. I'm here for the weekend, but I've already told my wife I want us to drive the two and a half hours it takes to get here from our house because the ice cream is just that good! Major props to the little lady that was so kind and patient with us old guys. Had to leave her a good tip and then we all ate outside looking out at this massive mountain while listening to classic 80's tunes. It was hands down one of the most relaxing things I've done in a while. I'm definitely coming back!“

“Anyone who's visiting from a different area is probably familiar with the concept of "Pocono Food". One Ten isn't Pocono Food, it's great food for any area. Food this quality wouldnt be out of place in any major city. Been vacationing in areas roughly around Mt Pocono for decades and this was the first restaurant I really wanted to go back to. Owner or chef has an obsession with pickles, but what they do with em is great. Also pretty great prices!“

“Great spot, with a huge all-weather deck; we had to eat on the sidewalk at one of 3 tables because we had the dog with us. A hot day in March brought ALL the people out so it was busy as heck at 3:00 pm. The big pluses were meeting the owners which were so amazingly friendly, and our server was sweet as apple pie. Good solid pub/bar food and a fun atmosphere. Cozy little bar. Fish & chips and Reuben were very nice.“
