“We were excited to visit this highly rated Coffee Shop for the first time. When we arrived from out of town we were unable to find accessible parking. There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. The place looks so unique & cool, so I’ll definitely return to scope it out on my own to see if I can come back with my physically disabled guests.“

The shop has a wonderful variety of tasty products; my favorites are: classic cheesecake, macaroons, and lemon pie. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere comfortable (good music playing, pleasant scents - presumably from the kitchen, etc.). The storefront and interior are tasteful and fitting for a sweets shop. I'll continue visiting regularly for delectable treats!“

“We are vacationers looking for a good coffee to get the day started. We use google reviews to find the places we want to visit. We saw this place had a high rating. There weren’t a lot of reviews so we didn’t know if it was friends and family hyping it up.
We gave it a shot and quickly learned it was legit. It’s a small place but the flavor was big.
We had the banana foster and my wife had the brown sugar cinnamon. Both were excellent.
We’ll probably visit each morning we are in town.

“We stopped here after spending some time in Hershey to get a coffee. The guy behind the counter didn’t seem to happy to help, just some words he had to say, but helped nonetheless. We each got the Caramel Frappe and it was awesome. We went back Saturday but they closed at 3pm. If and when we get back to the area, we will stop and get another one. I assume it was buttercream icing but I had to laugh because it was literally almost straight up butter. I don’t know who is approving that icing recipe, it’s pretty much inedible haha. “Cool to see a coffee store inside a book store, first time coming here to check out books and other stuff, they have a lot of stuff here, a bunch of funko pops, arts and craft kits, coloring books, 365 calendar page themed cards. I got a matcha because I like tea more than coffee, it was sweet and it tasted pretty good, definitely worth $6! Next time I come here I’ll try it warm, the barista was very nice and said she can make other drinks that they no longer carry by having extra ingredients to make them, very cool.“

“I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.

About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.“

“I usually stop by on my way back home to grab a coffee, charge/check my phone, and use the restrooms. The scariest part is coming off the intersection into the parking lot because traffic is constantly flowing, but people are usually considerate. Nice little Starbucks.“

“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.
