The Draft wagon from Bloom Brew which is the local craft brewery in West Newton, has four selections to choose from at this location with one choice being a cider. The convenience of this draft wagon along with the Outpost burger place next door is great. No waiting to be seated or a person to serve you. Order at the window and your all set! Opened in 2021, it is becoming a great place to enjoy a beer and chat up with other cyclists and the locals that stop by. All outdoor setting with plenty of shade to enjoy the day and your beverage of choice. The beer tenders are friendly and helpful.“

“On Mondays and Tuesdays they have sandwiches that are out of this world delishish! Good quality meats, roasted to perfection in house, placed on a fresh baked bun. They also have a different side and dessert each week. I recommend trying everything. You can't go wrong. The service is quick and friendly and there's something on tap for everyone's tastes.“

“Friendly staff and THE best iced coffee I’ve ever had. I’m hooked on their iced mocha. Their iced lavender white mocha is also a treat. They have a rewards program that I’m excited to take advantage of and the cafe itself has a cozy atmosphere. Great place to read a book. 10/10 every time.“

“Winslow Winery is a lovely family-owned winery. All the wines we tasted were great. My husband loved the sparkling Gewürztraminer while I loved the Viognier. The owners are very friendly and gave us a tour of their production floor even. The bottles were reasonably priced. We are looking forward to drinking the two we brought home!“

“Found this old neighborhood restaurant and wanted to give it a try. Small restaurant with friendly staff. We both got house salads and shared a pizza. The salad was ok. Some of the lettuce had brown portions that a customer shouldn't see. The pizza wasn't bad but lacked flavor. The crust almost seemed like a mundane frozen crust. The part we disliked the most was how the servers took up a table and would sit there at the table plus eating instead of tending to the tables. Sorry, but if there are dirty plates stacked at the edge of the table, the server shouldn't walk by and go sit down. If we were the owners, we would not want that.“

“I absolutely love the carriage inn restaurant and catering. I go there often with my family for meals at their restaurant. Service is always great as well as the food. They catered my wedding this past weekend and everything was amazing. My guests keep talking about how good the food was! they were very easy and stress free to work with through wedding planning. “We were leaving a funeral service in the evening of 9/9/25, and had reservations at Tillies for 20 people. When we showed up they acted like we were a bother. Insanely rude to everyone. The last thing a family should be dealing with at that time. I made a game time decision at that point, I stepped outside and I called Luciano’s around 7pm on a hope and prayer that last second they would be able to accommodate 20 people and told them our situation. Luciano’s was absolutely SO kind. They asked how long until we would be there, I said “20 minutes”. They said “we’ll be ready”. We all got up and left Tillies, and 20 minute later got to Luciano’s. They had tables lined up and ready for our party. Our two servers were so absolutely amazing I wish I could remember their names. But just 2 awesome young ladies. They were so kind to a family that just lost a loved one. The service, the food, the compassion was just out of this world. Everyone was so happy. Thank you guys so much for making a very gloom, and sad day much better for this family. We’ve always liked the food here but now we will be making a point to visit much more often.
