“I had a fantastic experience at Orchid Steakhouse in Bethlehem, PA. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt high end. The star of the evening, however, was our server Tony—friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and approachability, making our dinner feel relaxed and enjoyable. As for the food: absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and clearly made with care. The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right. The sides and appetizers were equally impressive—fresh, well-portioned, and beautifully presented.“

“This location gets worse each time we go. The silverware had chunks of crusted on food. The steak was charred when asked for medium well, and the overall service was very sub par. Will probably travel the extra 15 mins to the Bethlehem Township location from now on.“

“First time here My sister took me for my 59th birthday the food Delicious, Fabulous the waitress she was very polite, very nice. I was born and raised Bethlehem Pa never knew this place existed. This is a must go see restaurant guarantee you won't be let down! I had a house salad, shrimp fettuccine“

“The Food is Tasty and nicely presented. No one came and asked us how our food was No manager spoke to us. We had to Ask for drink refills and when we did the server forgot we asked. Had to ask the other server for the refill. This is not the first time I've been to Chop House. My June experience there was totally different --we were paid attention to.“

“Ribeye steaks were excellent, cheesey stuffed mushrooms were superb as were all our sides and salads! Alexa was a wonderful server, friendly and efficient, and Manager Stevie made us feel like honored guests! We love Longhorn!“
