Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! “The first time I had Cava was 2 weeks ago and the steak was great. Today the steak was nothing but gristle and not edible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't chew it. The steak had no seasoning. It was horrible. I wasted my money. I drove 2 hours because we don't have one in our town. Plus the young man making my Steak and Feta Pita was incredibly rude. Definitely won't be back.“

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The selection was impressive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta, chicken parm and bruschetta.
