If you’ve never tried west african food just tell Aunty K what you like and take her recommendation on what to get!”

“It's your average Hood Deli. Breaded chicken wings are to die for. No thrills, but always FRESH. Mother and Father own and run the business. Both can be a little brash but overall it's a good place to get a quick bite that isn't expensive. Never ever have to worry about the food not being fresh either.”

“Im Ghanaian and was confused when I seen Nigerian rice but still ordered waakye, goat , and stew fried fish. It was really good & im picky. Very fresh compared to others I’ve tried in Philly. & you know as Africans we hate ordering others food but it was really good, & spicy enough. Beef pie was okay but everything else was great.”

We stayed until closing.
