McDonald's in York

“Me and my family ordered burgers at McDonald's. However, when the burgers were served they were bright pink on the inside. We returned the burgers but, one employee, Amber, went the extra mile. Not only did she correct the mistake with the burgers for free but, she gave us four free meal coupons and apologized to us personally for the mistake. When the new burgers were served they were perfectly cooked! I went back and ordered another burger and it was cooked perfectly the first time!!! Amber is definitely management material, as she relates well with people and works very hard to ensure that the food is prepared correctly and that the customers are happy. Despite the error, I would totally eat here again knowing that I, as a customer will be well taken care of!“

“I’ve never been to this mcdonalds before but the service was incredible. the kindness from the workers to the customers was so amazing and the way they treat each other is also very kind. the food was quick and good. highly recommend this location“

“I usually have terrible experiences at McDonald’s but this was refreshing the guy working the drive thru competently took my order everyone was super friendly food was made decent everything was hot overall great experience for fast food in this area“

“We notice that at this restaurant there is no longer a soda dispenser for you to go get a refill on your own and there are no longer condiments out for you to grab like a straw, ketchup, and napkins. It seems that McDonald is finding better ways I guess to help cut down the cost but it's cutting down the atmosphere of being able to get your condiments. I would have been nice if the corporate could have told the public that they were doing this. Thanks“

“4000 block of East Market St in York Pa is one of the best McDonald's to go to. Food is always hot and fresh. Please use the McDonald's app and take advantage of the rewards. I usually use the app. I order ahead. Use my rewards and use curbside so I don't have to wait in the drive thru line.“

“Workers were friendly and worked efficiently. Fast service was quite impressed .Only ranked 3stars for atmosphere but that very well could b due to my own anxiety during a lunch rush

“The manager Mr Wade was amazing even though I couldn't get my app to work he provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond mcdonalds standards to accommodate me. I appreciate the workers here at this establishment and wish them good fortune“
