Starbucks in York

“I love this Starbucks. All of the employees are so friendly and courteous, and I especially love Debra. She goes the extra mile, making sure my drink is perfect. I drive past the Queen Street Starbucks forging the drive-thru to go to the Pauline Drive Starbucks in Giant on the weekends so I can have Debra make my frap. She is the best and I always appreciate her kindness.“

“Getting into the parking lot is a nightmare alone, then trying to find parking is a whole other ordeal. I had to park at Wendy's to be able to go inside. Once inside, it was pleasant and I was able to order quickly. The baristas weren't calling out names very loudly, so I thought it was taking a while, only to find out my coffee was sitting for a bit along with a handful of online orders. The person I was with also didn't hear their name. Though my coffee was prepared well and everyone was friendly, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, particularly because of the parking lot and drive-thru issues.“

“We go to Starbucks every single day every day we get the same thing only half the time here lately so our drinks look good let alone taste rite. I'm really disappointed cuz we spent $14.31 for 2 drinks everyday. If it doesn't change going to go to donkin donuts.“

“Our orders were great but the place was tiny, there was no way to tell if there was a line for the register or not or where it began or ended. It was hard to walk through the place or have a comfortable place to wait for an order. It also took quite a while for our order to come out but we were able to sit outside.“

“The drinks are always made super speedy! The baristas are also super friendly. Yesterday, I came here extremely anxious because I had never stepped foot in a starbucks before. Sara (might have butchered the spelling) had taken my order! She was super helpful and I felt more relaxed asking for what I wanted. I said I wanted an iced coffee but wasn’t sure how much cream I wanted. She said she’ll give me creamer and told me there was flavoring (syrup i think) and I asked for caramel. She was super helpful and didn’t overwhelm me at all with my anxiety and I’m super happy she was the one who took my order. Today I went into starbucks feeling less anxious and Ashley took my order today. She was extroverted, friendly and overall really great! We had a small chat about film (movies & stuff) and she complimented my outfit which was a great start to my day. I’m really happy to make this review, keep up the good work !!“
