“The staff went above and beyond for us - we have 4 kids, 1 being a cranky 2 year old. I think maybe the man was a manager but he came out and held our toddler while we waited for food - which they got out extra speedy so the kids wouldn’t be waiting long. They gave the kids toys and were just overall super pleasant and lovely, kind and patient. Thank you! Ps not to mention the food was wonderful.“

The food was DELICIOUS and the coffee was amazing. The ONLY thing that topped the food was the HIGH QUALITY service we got from the young man that served us. One of the best…ever! Had a really nice breakfast/brunch at Smitty’s and honestly, it’s a great all-around choice. The menu is very diverse – omelettes, bacon, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, eggs benedict… perfect when everyone wants something different.
The food is tasty, simple, and satisfying. Portions are generous, and the classic breakfast items are done really well – fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, perfectly cooked eggs.
Big plus: very reasonable prices for the portion and quality 👍
Also worth mentioning: they have a kids menu with great value, usually including milk or juice and even ice cream, which is a big win for families 👏
The space is spacious and comfortable, great for sitting down with a coffee and chatting for a while.
Parking is easy and convenient, which is a huge bonus.
Staff are friendly and efficient.

“Took my two kids here last Saturday afternoon and we had a great time without the usual mealtime chaos. The pasta dishes came out fast, which is a lifesaver when you have hungry little ones who can't wait, and both kids cleaned their plates. Our server was genuinely warm with the kids, bringing them crayons and keeping drinks topped up without us having to ask. We'll definitely be making Boston Pizza our go-to spot for easy family lunches in Charlottetown.“

“I've been coming to BOOMburger for years and it never gets old, especially on a quiet Tuesday night when you can actually snag a seat without waiting. The truffle fries are genuinely addictive and I always end up ordering a second basket even when I swear I won't. The staff remembered my usual order after only a couple of visits, which is the kind of small-town touch that keeps me coming back. If you haven't tried this place yet you're really missing out on one of the best burgers in the city.“

“I have no idea where any of these 1-star review people ate, but I find it very hard to believe it was here. I’ve been a lifelong fan of the place across the street but decided to give China Garden another try after their renovations (and I’m assuming new ownership). I couldn’t find anything to complain about even if it tried. All of the food was 1000% fresh and as delicious as Chinese food around here gets. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we went to their Sunday buffet for a bigger selection and it was just as good if not better. Until I experience otherwise, I will always say this is a 5-star spot for what it is. 👌“

“The beef brisket was very good and full of flavour, and overall we enjoyed parts of our meal.

My only disappointment was seeing the mac and cheese, which was priced at over $9, being heated in a microwave before being served. At that price point, I was expecting it to be prepared fresh. It took away from the overall dining experience.

The brisket itself was definitely the highlight of the meal, but I hope this is something the restaurant considers improving in the future.“
