“It’s a nice dinning place, the food was fine but the vibes were chill. My main complaint was the lighting, I understand it’s a mood lighting but I seriously couldn’t see my food well and it was poorly lit. The service was fine although a bit of an attitude with some of the servers. Not sure I would come back but the vibes and food were good.“

“I visited on weekend and it was pretty busy there but fortunately we got a table. I ordered Tantan ramen and Iced Hoijicha latte. Both were so good! Especially the ramen was so rich and creamy but not heavy at all. And my friend ordered Ebi burger ( shrimp burger). That was also so good! I believe all their meals are great! Would you to try everything eventually ❤“

I don't think the pricing is unreasonable either given other places on Wellington.“

I tried several vegan options, and they were really good—the grilled mushrooms were a standout. Portions are generous and very filling. The octopus wasn’t great, but according to my friend, the sashimi and tatakis were excellent.

The service was a bit disappointing at the beginning, but it improved. We ended up speaking with the owner at the end, and she was very kind, which helped leave a better impression.

Overall, the food was good.

Royal Sushi is an essential address for sushi lovers, and has been for more than 10-15 years. I ordered there a good hundred times when I lived nearby, and their consistency in quality always impressed me. It is a place that has managed to retain its customers thanks to its authenticity and know-how.

The establishment is run by an incredibly friendly couple, who recognize you even after several years. Their kindness and attention to their customers makes all the difference and makes each visit or order even more pleasant. It's rare to find this level of service, especially in a neighborhood where there's no shortage of restaurants.

The sushi is always fresh, well prepared, and the value for money is really excellent. Whether for a take-out order or a meal on site, you are sure to enjoy yourself without breaking the bank. Honestly, Royal Sushi remains my absolute favorite. A place to discover and adopt without hesitation“

“This is only one of the few 'clubs' open on a Sunday night in the area. . The sushi and drinks were well prepared. Service was good until it got busier. The show with the girl on the chains was absolutely the highlight. She was great. The atmosphere is very pretty and engaging. Major complaint is the DJ and music. The entire night the DJ played only lounge electronic, no words in the songs, no trending music. Repeated the same 20 songs. You couldn't dance to any of it. It was so anticlimactic, we left early.“

“We got a several skewers. Some were delicious, some were just ok. The chicken skin, pork belly, scallops and lamb are pretty good. The vegetables were not worth and the squid was very chewy and tough.

The service is pretty fast and the staff is nice. The price is pretty high considering that we mostly just got skewers (around 80$ per person).“
