“Nice dumpling place, very clean, pleasant to eat there or for take out. Restaurant inspires confidence in hygiene practices of handling food-no strange odors, dim lights or hidden kitchen. Staff is ready to attend you, able to answer questions and no weird vibes. I ordered a wonton soup, rice, dumplings and imperial rolls-every thing was well packaged and tasty. For my first time being there I was very please with my overall ordering experience- rarity for me on Wellington Street, in Verdun.“

“I will still write " yes " because I want to encourage local businesses. I am happy that you decided to be a part of Too Good To Go to fight against food waste. But when I pick up japanese food that's supposed to have a 42 $ value, I expect to get japanese food, and I expect a 42$ value. 2 chicken broth soups with dumplings, and 2 bowls of rice with curry sauce and small frozen eggrolls aren't japanese ( except for the curry sauce ... ) and aren't a value of 42$. I feel cheated.“

“Holy moly the pulled noodles here are so good. I know it's far from the popular areas to dine in Montreal but you won't be disappointed. Prices were reasonable, friendly staff and amazing food. Also had sushi while my wife had a poke bowl. Everyone was extremely happy with what they got.

“Kanbei restaurant is absolutely authentic! The flavors are bold, spicy, and well-balanced—not overly greasy. The dishes are generously portioned and served quickly. The mapo tofu, boiled fish in chili oil, and twice-cooked pork were especially delicious. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Sichuan cuisine!“

“We had the won ton soup, beef chow mein and shrimp tom yum soup and egg rolls.
Gf thought the tom yum was okay. Egg rolls are standard lettuce filling. Won ton soup was great and chow mein satisfying even if it’s not the best I’ve had.
Service was great! Good unassuming neighbourhood spot.“

“I had an amazing experience at K2 Bistro! The tasty sushi selections were fresh and flavorful, satisfying every craving I had. The staff was super friendly and so quick. The wonderful environment was enhanced by the amazing studio ghibli decor! The food was super easy to order and came out super quick even if it was busy. I can't wait to return and indulge in more delicious offerings! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delightful sushi buffet experience!“

“Great food and great service. Came with the family while visiting the botanical garden, was pleasantly surprised by this small mom and pop resto, yummy dishes for a great value. Had beef brocolli, general tao, pad sui and sushi, would definitely recommend.“

“Owner is too sweet!❤️ the peanut sauce is so creamy with fresh lettuce, best combo! The fumbling are so soft and once you bite into them it pops with juicy flavored soup. The beef noodles are really nice and the noddles are perfectly cooked. Can’t wait for the soup dumplings!“

“First time eating at O Wok since the new owners took over, and I was pleasantly surprised. I had takeout: wonton soup, imperial rolls, peanut butter chicken (they kindly substituted the protein from pork), and Pad Thai. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and delicious, and the hostess and chef were very nice. I will definitely be going back!“

“A friend and I just spent 5 days in the city and came upon this amazing place! Mohammad, David, Andrea, Carla and Shaun, along with the rest of the staff, we're nothing short of wonderful. The hospitality, customer service, quality of cocktails and food were top knotch and kept us coming back! Strongly recommend sitting at the bar. Amazing vibe, all around. Tried the gyoza, tuna tartare, French toast, and Duck confit ragu. Mouth watering!“

“My wife and I love this place - but we always choose flavour over ambience. This is a no-frills place. The dishes are around $15, but you'll struggle to finish. A great range of authentic Chinese dishes. My wife's favorite is the pickled cabbage and pork. Mine is the 5-spice beef soup. If you can handle chili's, they offer a chili-oil; garlic and coriander are common toppings to these dishes.“

“Best General Tao and Pad Thai I have ever had. Very small place but dont be fooled. The food is great. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years now, I have seen it go from whole I the wall to such a great place. Love the redecorating it was much needed! The food has always consistently been amazing. Very busy little restaurant, not a time I have come and it was empty. Fully recommended 👌 to everyone I know.“
