The young workers at this place work hard! Unfortunately, they are regularly confronted with unpleasant and rude customers in addition to having to deal with constant changes of manager and staff. I've been away from the city for a week and was craving McDonald's so I went there for the first time and was expecting bad service considering the reviews but service was fast, less than 5 mins wait time at the drive with 2 cars in front of me. I arrived there at 17:30 and got out at 17:34. Food was hot and fresh too. 100x better than the McDonald's in Aylmer where I live. Was well worth the 25min drive from Duclos.

I stopped going to the Tim Horton's in Wakefield because the employees are too noisy, shouting from one to the other. Now this McDonald's is the same, the employees are shouting at each other From one end of the kitchen to the other and even from the kitchen to the dining room, it's very unpleasant.
