Three people argued with me and my husband about us not wanting ice in our drink. Apparently we must have ice!
Has got to be the worst McDonalds in North America. Slow, bad quality, bad service. They will keep 10 cars waiting at the speaker and let one car through at a time. Orders are always wrong. Convenient location for cottage country, but won’t come back again, we’ll stop at the Gatineau location instead. They always hand you a drink and make you pull up to the stop sign assuming to make “time”. Have reached out to management in the past, and they are no help....read full review
After reading a bunch of reviews about this specific location, I wasn’t sure I wanted to stop here for lunch. We ended up choosing to eat here anyway, and I was very pleasantly surprised given all of the terrible reviews about this place.

The staff do their best, but orders are often incorrect or missing items, and the ordering machines frequently run out of paper, making it hard to get a receipt or verify orders. The restaurant is very wheelchair accessible and generally considered kid-friendly, although it is unclear if they have child seats like traditional McDonald's. Despite some cleanliness and service issues, many find it a convenient place to grab a quick meal.
