“We drive up from central Vermont to eat at Joe Beef - it's a 3+ hour drive and worth every minute in the car. Oysters and escargot are off the hook every time and the service - OMG chef's kiss. Julien is the premiere server - patient, makes incredible suggestions, knows the menu and wine list like the back of his hand and even elaborates on where food is sourced.
