“Each time I order something from here, there always seems to be an issue of some sort. Either the machine is being cleaned so we can't offer that drink, or the fries are rewarmed and not fresh, always something.I keep coming back though because it is one of the nicer insides of a McDonald's that I have seen and I enjoy sitting in here to eat my food. The staff are also always pleasant and doing their jobs!
Kid-friendliness: Families are welcome here. The dining area is large and kid-friendly with seats that accommodate children (blue stools).
Parking: The parking is not huge, but every time I come here, there always seems to be ample parking and I never have an issue parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to enter this McDonald's are double-doored and therefore it can accommodate wheelchairs. There are also plenty of tables to accommodate someone in a wheelchair.“
“A McDonald's in a gas station. It helps, but it's not a McDonald's where I would go to eat there. Often errors when ordering for delivery, drive-thru service leaves something to be desired - we are often told to wait further. All in all, it does the job when you want McDonald's to eat at home!“
“For McDonald's, this location typically pretty good (for the area). My last visit was odd, as there was a rather disheveled woman who did not appear to work there hanging out behind the counter/near the food. She was wearing a trashy outfit, had her long hair everywhere, and was smoking a vape. Could see it clearly through the drive thru window.“
“I ordered iced coffee, and although it was super busy and hectic at times, I got my order correct and within reasonable time limits. The staff was friendly and attentive to the needs of customers. I was then seated at a clean table and enjoyed my iced coffee break! I give it a 5 for everything. Thank you!“
“The usual morning team is amazing! Very welcoming and quick. I’ve had a few bad experiences but I think that it happens when late shift employees work during to morning to fill in for someone who’s absent. Biggest star for Myshane, who’s always so nice.
2* for very other time I’ve been to this place after 3pm“
“I visited this location several times over that past few months. It's good, and has been consistent. I only used the drive through service. The only drawback is drive through access, that can be tricky off St Louis and requires tight turns once you're in it. Pretty much no parking there either if you want to dine-in. You can access the small restaurant sit-down area from the gas station next to it.“
“In summer you have to have a little wool if you stay there to eat. And the employees in the evening are extremely noisy. An adult or more should be on site to manage their employees. It's not a 5-star restaurant, but a certain professionalism would be well received.“
“Be prepared to read and speak French even if your are a tourist! It was nice trying to speak though it messed up our menu a bit.
Also the environment needed a bit of cleaning up.
Kid-friendliness: There wasn't special kids option“
“Let's say that it was very long especially when the restaurant leaves a young girl alone at the cash register who is in training and who doesn't really know what to do and then when she asks for help they "yell" at her to wait.“
“The guy at the service was probably the best employee I've ever seen work in a McDonald's before. I forgot his name, but man, you should start your restaurant when you grow up! Best service, fast, efficient, good and clear communication, and assisted me to chose the best deal for my money in lightning time. This guy was running everywhere like a champ...he deserves a raise or a promotion.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Overpriced without coupons but the app usually has something decent to choose from, $2 for McMuffin is well worth it even though Ronald cheaper out and uses processed cheese. Which is fine until you go to their competitors who use real cheese, 5 star since I was starving and now I'm full“
“I grew up in Aylmer, I used to go to this McDonalds all the time as a kid, what amazing memories....then it all changed. McDonalds has a bad rap right now and truth be told this McDonalds was horrible for years and years and years. Yesterday I went in to the new, renovated McDonalds and I order 20 Burgers (it's a tradition on thanks giving). What I was expecting was the same as most other McDonald's , complaining and shit service. What I received was an extremely kind manager coming out and thanking me for my order and I received 20 perfectly made burgers.... AND THEIR PUTTING BACK IN A PLAY PLACE!!!!
Huge fan, I will be back to this spot and you should all bring your kids there to create memories once again!!!
Kid-friendliness: They're Bringing back the Play place!!!!“
“I'm a big fan of superheroes. Before, I believed that the fastest superhero was Flash, I noticed that McDonald's employees are even faster. We arrived at the station to order, immediately after we were able to go forward to pay for our meal, and barely had time to say “Cheeseburger” before we were at the window to receive our order.
And what can we say about the employees themselves: although fatigue is visible in their faces, they still offer us a smile, and make us want to come back. I do want to say though that sometimes the extra bacon gets lost from one order to the next, but can you really blame them? If I took care of that many customers per minute, I too would lose some ends (of bacon).
On this, I conclude by saying that this McDonald's is nice in its simplicity, but that it still offers decent service.“
