As someone who cooks all the time, I'm extremely critical about food quality and taste. That's why I was genuinely surprised and impressed with Poulet Rouge on my first visit!

We ordered the chicken bowl with salad and quinoa, the chicken bowl with brown rice, and the chicken poutine. Everything exceeded my expectations for a fast food franchise. The chicken was well-seasoned and properly cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were spot-on. This isn't your typical fast food - the quality really shows.

Beyond the food, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there was comfortable seating available. Our order came out quickly without compromising on taste or presentation.

What really seals the deal is the pricing - it's actually affordable, which is rare these days given the current economy. You're getting quality food at a fair price point.

“This is an excellent place to eat healthy food. They offer salad with or without meat or other source of protein. It's not cheap but not overly expensive. I had the Fave Salad and my wife ate the Caesar salad. It was served quickly and it was fresh. The ambiance is very cozy. I highly recommend.“

“We have a location in Toronto, but the first time I tried Mandy's is at this location in Montreal. I never thought I'd go to a salad bar or restaurant because I figured, what's the big deal with salad? However, my sister really likes salad so I took her here because well Mandy's is known for salad.

I was actually impressed! I got a steak salad and the greens were really fresh and there was a lot of salad in my bowl. The quantity is a lot and I wasn't sure if I could even finish it. Yes, I was almost not able to finish a bowl of salad. They are very generous with the portion for the price you pay and the dressing is actually quite good. I felt like a rabbit the whole time and my sister really enjoyed her salad.

The customer service is also very kind as well which I appreciated. They offered to make my sister another salad because of a potential allergy but it wasn't needed.

If you're looking for a healthy lunch and to get your veggies in, Mandy's salads is the spot! I would definitely probably go again!“

Mon amie a choisi la salade Habibi, remplie de légumes qu'elle a dévorée et une soupe à la Courge Musquée en entrée qu'elle m'a fait goûtée. Succulente!. Pour moi, le chia pouding au Matcha et mangue et une salade dont j'ai choisi les ingrédients sur leur liste d'options m'a réjouie aussi : trois moitiés d'avocat écrasés en guise de sauce onctueuse pour la roquette de base et des olives kalamatas qui ont satisfait mon désir de manger léger vers midi. C'était délicieux. Notre sympathique caissière, Eva, qui nous a un peu tout expliqué a été très sympa et patiente , soucieuse de nous faire vivre un petit moment très agréable. Samara, la jeune gérante, tout aussi sympathique, est venue nous parler un peu. Nous y retournerons!! On a adoré. “I can see now why this place is so popular. On my first visit the staff was really nice, showing me the options and asking me if I wanted any of the add ons. You chose how much chicken you want, 3 or 4 slices, and which sauce to use. They have a nice selection, the spicy version which I took was not very spicy, which was what the server had told me. But then you also get two bases (rice, bulgur wheat, quinoa or lettuce) and also you get 6 very fresh topping and a sauce. The food was very good, the chicken tasted great and all the toppings were fresh, even the side of tzatziki was good. Definitely a good choice for some fast food.“
