“Charming little wonder hidden in Montreal. There was an incredible smell of spices when I walked past, so I decided to stop for lunch. It was excellent, the service was welcoming, a menu with little choice which implies that the few dishes are perfectly mastered. The cafe is very well decorated. I recommend you come here whether just for tea or coffee or even for a meal. In addition, the prices were very reasonable.

“I enjoyed my grilled cheese on a spinach pastry, though the Americano I ordered tasted like a different type of roast, light and kind of citrusy, not dark roasted beans, and that's fine as a novelty, but it's not really my taste, and it's the first time I've tried it that way. “Love this cozy little hole-in-the-wall tea salon. The owner is knowledgeable and helps you choose a matcha that's right for you :3 There are only a few tables, but the walls are covered with paintings and bookshelves, and the regulars are friendly. I don't go there that often because it's well out of my way, but 100% worth the trip by public transit. If memory serves there's a Bixi stand close by as well.

I don't go there often because it's quite far from where I live, but this salon is accessible by public transportation and it's worth it. The regulars are friendly :3 As I remember, there is also a Bixi station not far away.“

“The staff/ownership is friendly and courteous. The server at the cash (charming blonde-haired woman) is one of very few in this town who actually says "Thanks" after you dump a bunch of change in the tip cup. Skip the Starfux and support places like this!“

We have Sandwich, croissant, toast and sweet fix. Also hot chocolate and latte.
Not bad and the environment is special, but the seats inside maybe are not enough on weekends.
The toast mixed with goat cheese wouldn't smell strong when eating mildly spicy tuna salad together. Tuna salad is a little bit spicy.
Whipped cream on sweet toast is really delicious ?“

“My favorite cafe!! The drinks are amazing, highly recommend the dulce de leche latte or any of their specialty drink depending on the season. Their chai is also very good! It’s small but I always find a seat to study and there’s also free WiFi. The music might be a bit loud for some people and there’s a lot of people going in and out which might be distracting but I personally don’t mind. The baristas are always very nice and froth milk perfectly. Highly recommend!“

“We went one evening for a date, and we didn't expect that! It’s a very simple and at the same time very refined coffee. We felt that special care had been put into everything. The service was attentive, the food was extremely delicious (very fresh eggs, braised beef, a good variety on the plate…), and the atmosphere was great! It was a quiet evening, we were lucky to be able to enjoy this magnificent place with its decor while being almost alone just me and my husband! We're going back for sure!

We went there for a date and we weren't expecting that! Its a simple yet luxurious café. We felt that a lot of care had been put into everything. The service was attentive, the food was delicious (the eggs were very fresh, and the braised beef on top of them was perfect! There was a good variety in the plate…), and the ambiance was great! It was a quiet evening, we were lucky to enjoy that beautiful cafe being almost just the two of us my husband and I! Its really worth it and we will go back for sure!“

“je me suis demandée si j allais ou non mettre un commentaire car ce n est pas dans mes habitudes .. mais cette fois ci je pense que même négatif ce commentaire peut vous aider. je vis a proximité sur Ontario, et même si je ne suis pas une habituée au quotidien j'aime ce café et sa terrasse en été. Hier le café était toujours bon mais ma gaufre m'est restée sur le coeur au sens figuré comme au sens propre : d'abord on m'avait oubliée, ok correct cela a été reconnu mais aucun geste commercial, ensuite je croque dans un morceau de gaufre, puis un 2eme ; étrange texture pour une gaufre? lourde, massive , pâteuse mais bon j'avale ....tellement sucrée et peu ou pas cuite....le coeur me lève et moi aussi , je sors prendre l'air ... est ce que j y retourne pour me plaindre mais cette fois ci de mauvaise humeur et patraque? Non je rentre chez moi afin de ne pas "peter ma coche en public" et l'envie disons de me retrouver dans ma salle de bain était plus forte . Ce matin je suis convaincue que ce que j'ai mangé était de la pâte à Muffin et non à gauffre! Comme la pâte était déja hyper sucrée , que le service avait rajouté du sucre par dessus et moi du sirop ! Imaginez....le tout ....je suis de ces personnes qui laisse la chance au joueur , j y retournerai c'est certain et des erreurs cela arrive ! Mais sachez et apprenez à gerer vos erreurs“

“The bombolone, which is a doughnut, was fluffy like a cloud. It was impressively juicy and soft. Personally I think it is a bit over priced but since I don't know other places that sell these pistachio filled, I guess they found a market.
For me, it's a place to visit once in a long while, but worth it.“

“What a AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Thomas and Steven have procured some of the finest things to offer. We ordered The King Afternoon Tea. Everything offered was completely delicious, and made in house. I have food allergies and they even made a few changes for me. Hibiscus’s based tea from Fortnum and Mason was they perfect compliment to scones, mini quiche, beetroot mimosa egg and other sweet and savory treats. I even iced my tea. Service was beyond GOOD.
