“Trust me it’s worth the wait. Chicken soup dumplings are hard to find. The dumplings are absolutely finger licking good. I also recommend getting the cucumber. The only disadvantage was that they didn’t have chocolate dumplings. Highly recommended this place. I wish we had this in Toronto. Lowkey sad but… I shall be back.“

“Staff are very nice and if you ask for the duck not to be chopped up, they'll do it for you, you can even ask for a different meat in place of the duck or pork with the 2 meat combo. The food portions are perfect for 1 person, definitely filling. On average, we go there at least 6 times or more a month.“

“Tastes just like toronto! So good, usually a lot of waits (20-30+ mins), but never disappoints! When you need something spicy soup in mtl, definitely a place to visit.
I usually get #2 noodles with extra spicy.
One downside is, they seem they don’t have a set standard of spicy level. My partner and I both ordered extra spicy, but mine came out with A LOT of spicy oil, whereas my partner got moderate amount of spicy oil. As someone who had lanzhou noodle for so many times, I know what I got was too much of spicy oil. It was hard to eat because of too much of spicy oil and pepper flakes. (Comparison of after we ate, how much of spicy oil left)“

“Very good quality dumpling restaurant, one of the best in been too, dumplings are delicious, also my daughter wanted fries and it’s the best fries iv ever tried as well (surprisingly) extra crispy and soft on the inside.
Overall everything was super delicious, we took beef and chicken coriander dumplings, Kim-chi, marinated cucumber and fries. Everything was amazing!

“We stopped by Kung Fu Ramen on last Saturday evening after visiting the apple farm. We found this restaurant on Google while we were on our way home, and we’re so glad we decided to give it a try!
We ordered the Lanzhou beef noodles, Hongshao beef noodle soup, and Shaanxi oil-splashed belted-noodles. Everything was delicious! The noodles were flavorful, the consistency was so good and tasted very authentic. We especially loved the different flavors and textures of each dish.
Our kids also really enjoyed their kids’ meals that was a bawl of tomato beef noodle soup. It’s always nice to find a restaurant where can make the whole family happy.
it turned out to be one of the highlights of our evening. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend Kung Fu Ramen if you’re looking for delicious and authentic Chinese noodles!“

“my wife and I were there last night. 05/25/24. first time there and it was excellent the service was great friendly and very helpful to explain the menu. The food was fantastic fresh hot and so tasty along with a couple of cold beers no complaints will definitely go back again. and not to expensive actually very reasonable. 5 stars.“

“Finally! A proper Uyghur restaurant in Montreal!
I had been missing guiru lagman for months since my trip to Central Asia, and Le Taklamakan brought back memories of some of the best Uyghur food I tried there.
Both versions of lagman - guiru and suiru - were amazing. Properly hand-stretched noodles, flavourful meat, and perfectly cooked vegetables. The pilaf (plov) was also excellent and tasted just like a comforting home-cooked meal.
Definitely 5 stars for the food. I’ll absolutely be coming back!“

“I truly enjoyed the shrimps fried rice, pepper and salt shrimps super crispy and tasty. I was curious about the beef in coconut sauce and I am glad I tried it. This was a great money spent. Perfect for two people. Quantity was quite generous, except the beef and coconut like sauce had too much veggies and less beef. In all, it was a money well spent and great experience. Les plats ici sont vraiment authentiques. Mon plat "nouilles de haricots en cristal" est mon préféré! Lotus bleu is my favorite restaurant in Montreal. I am Chinese. Whenever I come here to eat, I feel like home. The dishes here are really authentic. My favorite dish is Crystal bean noodles.“

“Nice quiet restaurant with western style Chinese menu - perhaps too much choice if you do no know what you like.
Friendly and quick service. Large portions - each main will feed 2 people.
We had Hot and sour soup, General Toa chicken and special chow mein with oyster sauce - and not disappointed. You will get squid in specials - just in case you are not a fan.
Fresh cut orange with the bill was great palate cleanser.“

“A hidden gem. We enjoyed the dumplings smothered in peanut sauce very much. The shrimp pad thai used wide noodles and had a little heat, different than what we are accustomed to from home and quite tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to travelers and locals.“

“Nice grab n go spot. The chicken and beef skewers are both tender and well-seasoned. The spicy chicken burger was not at all spicy but still very good nonetheless. The fries were very crispy and well-seasoned. Really good deal, getting 4 skewers and a chicken burger combo for under $24. Service was fairly quick too, and the staff are very nice.“

“I was so excited to go to this place and it did not disappoint. I got 3 buns. A bbq, green tea paste and a brown sugar red bean paste. I loved that they had so many options and with cute decorations. All of them were amazing. Best buns I’ve ever had! I also got a kiwi bubble tea which was delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try more!“

“Food was topp, got the salt and pepper calamari (10/10), pig intestines (9/10) a bit too oily, and beef & broccoli (8/10).
The staff was friendly and insisted we didn’t tip because we got takeout which I found nice. Also the pug is super cute and friendly.“
