“Be prepared for a bit of a wait because the restaurant is not very big but it's worth it. They serve a small menu of many variations of dumplings and side dishes. There's even lunch size portions if you're not hungry. Classic dumplings are only like $13/10 which is a good price these days. So get in line and get ready to enjoy some of the best in the city.“

“We went here with our toddler and baby, the atmosphere was good, good decor, good service as well. We ordered the cucumber appetizer, cold beef slices with cilantro, spicy Braised Beef with noodles, everything was delicious! My fave was also their pan fried pork shrimp Cilantro. Our new fave spot for Dumplings and noodles in brossard.

“Great little place! Service was quick and good. Had the cucumber salad and vegan steamed dumplings (love the variety of vegan options!). Probably wouldn’t get the cucumber salad again, but would definitely come back for the dumplings and would love to try them fried!“

“They don‘t have the biggest selection, but the quality was there. You can choose the thickness of your noodles and of some dishes the size. It was a great experience and we loved the fresh noodles.
It was busy around lunch time but we got a table fairly quickly. The restaurant being so busy just slowed everything down but we didn‘t mind waiting.“

“We stopped by Kung Fu Ramen on last Saturday evening after visiting the apple farm. We found this restaurant on Google while we were on our way home, and we’re so glad we decided to give it a try!
We ordered the Lanzhou beef noodles, Hongshao beef noodle soup, and Shaanxi oil-splashed belted-noodles. Everything was delicious! The noodles were flavorful, the consistency was so good and tasted very authentic. We especially loved the different flavors and textures of each dish.
Our kids also really enjoyed their kids’ meals that was a bawl of tomato beef noodle soup. It’s always nice to find a restaurant where can make the whole family happy.
it turned out to be one of the highlights of our evening. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend Kung Fu Ramen if you’re looking for delicious and authentic Chinese noodles!“

“I ordered via doordash. The Pork BBQ was delicious! Not too sweet and melts on your mouth. Perfect ratio of fat and meat. The order is also generous got the combo Pork BBQ and Rosted Pork. The combo order is good for 2 people unless you eat a lot, but it doesn't matter. I was planning to eat just half and save the other half for dinnner, but it was so good I ended up cleaning the plate LOL.“

“my wife and I were there last night. 05/25/24. first time there and it was excellent the service was great friendly and very helpful to explain the menu. “English version follows Lotus Bleu est mon restaurant préféré à Montréal. Je suis chinoise et chaque fois que je viens ici pour manger, j'ai l'impression que je suis chez moi. Les plats ici sont vraiment authentiques. Mon plat "nouilles de haricots en cristal" est mon préféré! Lotus bleu is my favorite restaurant in Montreal. I am Chinese. Whenever I come here to eat, I feel like home. The dishes here are really authentic. My favorite dish is Crystal bean noodles.“

“A hidden gem. We enjoyed the dumplings smothered in peanut sauce very much. The shrimp pad thai used wide noodles and had a little heat, different than what we are accustomed to from home and quite tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to travelers and locals.“

“Ordered take out. Food was great and happy to find authentic Xinjiang style lamb.
Small note regarding ordering the big chicken plate for take-out. Even well wrapped, the sauce would over flow, and the paper bag wouldn't hold it. I recommend putting half the sauce in a separate container.“

“Amazing food, generous portions, and excellent service! We ordered the fried wontons and vegetables rolls as appetizers, and they were delicious. I especially recommend the classics, like the General Tao chicken and sesame beef. They also served chai, oranges, and fortune cookies, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely come back!“

“Our favorite Chinatown spot for takeout. This small food counter makes the best squid skewers and spicy popcorn chicken. My kiddo loves their spicy chicken burgers. Their prices are also unbeatable. I highly recommend . Make sure to bring your appetite!“

“My first time eating at Fay Wong and I will definitely be back!
As soon as you walk into the restuarant, there's a delicious aroma that welcomes you. We were greeted by friendly staff. I had a lot of questions about what comes with the combo and the staff was knowledgeable.
My fiance told me to get a combo because it's a good deal. The meal comes with your choice of soup (wonton or sweet and sour), plus eggroll or spring roll. It also comes with vegetables and rice. For an extra $1, you can change the white rice to noodles and I believe fried rice.
I had the shrimp combo and changed the rice for noodles. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and they were large! I think there was about 8 shrimp. The noodles were mostly soft but there was some crispy noodles too-I love all types of noodles!
The wonton broth was flavorful and the eggroll was crispy!
I'm born and raised in Vancouver and this meal reminded me of the Chinese food I loved in Vancouver. I've been living in Ottawa for 11 years and never had a decent Chinese food meal. I'm moving to Montreal soon and for sure will be coming to Fay Wong for Chinese food!“

“I was so excited to go to this place and it did not disappoint. I got 3 buns. A bbq, green tea paste and a brown sugar red bean paste. I loved that they had so many options and with cute decorations. All of them were amazing. Best buns I’ve ever had! I also got a kiwi bubble tea which was delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try more!“

“Went there for takeout. Not the friendliest service ; I was barely acknowledged when walking in and waited awkwardly at the counter for around five minutes without anyone making their way to see me to take my order even though they clearly saw me. However, the food was good and the portion was quite generous. Will probably be back because it's tasty and is the decent restaurant that's within walking distance from home.“
