“It was just Ok. Absolutely not the best General Tao in town. Hot & Spicy and Shing Kee in the West Island have better General Tao if you’re trying to find a really good GT. My wife didn’t likeKam do at all. My kids thought it was ok not great especially my son who loves shing kee which used to be Mr. spicy and Hot& Spicy before they moved from downtown to become Mr. spicy before shing kee. Too bad I was hoping the general taue would be as good as other reviewers were saying. But it was just ok. they don’t have an alcohol license and you cannot bring your own. No wheelchair, accessibility, and a little difficult for me with my cane because of the large step at the etrance“
“Tasty food.It is located inside of the Cote Vertu Mall. Most of Tiki-Ming locations I have been to all have great good quality and great customer service. The prices are relatively good compared to other restaurants in the mall.On picture combo 3 choices: General Tao, noodle and steamed vegetables + spring roll.Lots of parking free available.Easy to find just walk towards Dollarama store.“

“Love, love, love this place. From service to food, it’s all top notch! Kudos to the management for scaling up. This place deserves to be highlighted on the map!
Love the piri piri and tandoori Momos! It’s our go to family dinner.
I recently had an Uber cancellation of about $70 and they refunded my money without any issues. More over, they were truly understanding. Super happy!
100% Recommended!! ❤️

“It was empty when we got back but it's beautiful inside. we ordered 2 miso soups, beef and onion dumplings and a beef+broccoli noodle dish. the dumplings were ok, oily inside but not the end of the world for me. I ordered pan fries but half of the dumplings didn't have a crust. My partner's beef noodles were WOW!!! really good. the soups were good too.
Wheelchair accessibility: not accessible. a big step in the main entrance“

“I came to Laval for a business trip and found this restaurant by accident. The food was great and the service was great!
Knowing that I was going to pack it up and take it back to Toronto to share with my family, the boss and the chef carefully packaged the condiments. In addition, the spicy three-piece chili cannot be divided into portions. Although I didn't mind at all, the boss silently sent another braised food platter. I discovered it when I drove home and was so touched!
Next year when I’m on a business trip, I can use it as my daily canteen, and I won’t have to choose the service!“

“Very good food and the portions are large so you may be taking food home. The noise level is quite loud however and distracts from the dining experience.“

“I really like the staff. Super friendly. The manager too! Food is good and fresh. A bit expensive but delicious and fresh. Cooked with care. Delivery is quick too. Maybe it’s because I live 5 min away by car. ? I highly recommend their Shanghai noodles and Chicken BBQ wings! Very good restaurant.“

“Good roasted pork and BBQ duck. Fairly juicy and tender. We especially like their BBQ duck, which is not overly salty, well balanced. There isn't much to say except for good Chinese BBQ stuff! Probably slightly better than the ones you can get from Chinatown.
Parking: Fairly convenient, you could quickly stop right outside the paid street parking for maybe 5-10min with hazard lights on to pick up the food“

“I had dinner here on a weekend night, arriving around 8 PM. The owner was very accommodating and even though they close at 9 PM, they let us stay until 9:20.
We ordered the Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken), and the portions were very generous—we ordered the medium size and still had plenty left to take home. The naan was soft and flavorful, perfect for dipping in the Dapanji sauce. The smashed cucumber salad was decent, though the cucumbers were a bit sparse compared to the amount of dressing. The lamb soup was well-seasoned with just the right amount of salt, and the lamb flavor was mild, not too gamey.
While the menu doesn’t offer a wide variety of dishes, each one is a specialty from the Taklamakan region. If you’re interested in this culture’s cuisine, I highly recommend giving this place a try.“

“It is the first time that I come to this place and I have to say that the food here was delicious and not to mention the service, they serve you very well and after you order the food they bring it to you immediately, that is very good in case one day you go when you are already very hungry you do not have to wait long and the atmosphere is very quiet.“

“I've always seen this little shop next to c&t and we finally got curious enough to visit it. It is basically a takeout place. I highly recommend the cold noodles (liangpi). I've never had it before but it is very delicious and has a nice spice to it.
We also tried the pork bun, but it wasn't particularly amazing. They charge $3 for as is or $4 to prepare it for you on the spot (aka toast the bread and microwave the meat).
The owner can communicate with enough English to explain the menu (but probably more easily if you speak Chinese).“

“1st time here and found much on the menu is authentic, as you'd find in Chinatown. The interior is very minimalist and worn down, but it's the food that shines here and this is where it wins - the food. Lei is the owner and makes all the food fresh. He is very eager to please and serve. I had the $10 Special many items and ordered the General Tao (not overly drowned in sweet sauce nor breaded - it was mostly chicken and NOT the likeness of premade frozen chicken nuggets ), and the dish came with a heaping mountain of steamed rice. I also ordered a side order of a large hot & sour soup. Yummy.“

“I've been going for years (50+) This is where we'd go for my birthday. Egg rolls are still excellent. All the food was perfect. Although they dropped the almonds from the chicken and vegetables.

“I loved this place, real good Chinese like in the old days, everything was good, soup and meal really good, super fast service from the young man and very polite and efficient, the price is also very good! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is just the carpet which should be changed...I'll go back for sure!“
“The cake looks exactly as requested. The cake was also really good.“
“Been going to this place for years! Service is fast and efficient. We call over the phone to order and food is ready for pickup in 25 min. Food always tastes great too. Have never been disappointed and we order here often. It’s our go-to Chinese food place“

“Welcoming restaurant, the manager is very polite and pleasant. The order arrives very quickly and the dishes are still steaming, barely out of cooking!
For the flavors, the seasoning is perfect, everything is carefully balanced. The dumpling dough is soft without being sticky, the sauces offered go very well with vegetarian or meat-containing pieces.
The price is more than reasonable considering the quality of the meal, I will definitely come back to try the pho and the rest of the menu, try it for yourself, it's worth the visit!“

“The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The veggies were tender, not overcooked, and the sweet-and-sour chicken was the perfect balance of crispy-chewy, with a sauce that has a nice bite. The noodles were a little oily and could have been more salty, but otherwise, this was a great lunch! Oh, and the portions are *enormous*. This is a great, affordable place for indulgent comfort food in CDN.“

“My go to spot for Chinese takeaway. Perfect hangover food haha. Big portions at a great price! I’ve probably ordered 25 times from this spot and almost always get the combo D (peanut butter tofu, vegetable fried rice, spring rolls and Chinese broccoli). Always fresh and always speedy delivery. I honestly get cravings for the place. I’ve never ever been disappointed!“

“A gem in NDG, a small and cozy restaurant. Been here a few times and I have to say this is the BEST Tangsu Pork I’ve tried in the city. I have tried other Chinese and Korean restaurants with similar dishes, but nothing can beat this one. Pork feet was also to die for. Price is reasonable and staff are super friendly and nice. Portions are generous.“

“Good Chinese in Ste dorothee. The place is nothing fancy but is perfect for Chinese takeout and leftovers. They serve a real
Chili sauce tableside rather than the typical sriracha which I am so happy about. Good fried rice, good lunch specials, good general tao. Recommend as my other Chinese option is about a 20 minute ride into the other side of Laval“

“I ordered for delivery 🏎️
The lady I spoke to was super nice 😇, she took the time to answer all my questions because it was my first time and I didn't have a menu with me, I had was referred by 2 friends for general tao… I ordered wonton soup (excellent), egg rolls (very good) peanut butter dumplings (wow), general tao chicken (excellent) and they added steamed rice and fortune cookies without me asking, very appreciated and they are generous with the sauces on the side… The cost is affordable for the quantity and quality of the food in addition to the kindness of the staff 🥰
Thank you Zen Noodles 🙏
Vegetarian options: There is the vegetarian combo option to choose from, try everything… it’s so good

“This hole in the wall is actually in the basement. We walked in and had to walk out to make sure we were at the right place. When we entered, we walked into the sushi restaurant (Kanda), but were then directed by the staff to take the stairs down to the Chinese restaurant. Limited tables, so you’ll have to make reservations or go early for dinner. I came on a Friday and service was slow. Their Peking duck was pretty good and so was the crab.“

“Service was good and fast like the food was. We went pretty late so that may be the reason why there was not many people but a lot of dashdoors or uber was coming in to puck up and also clients. I like the place, was there with a new date and we had intimacy so it's A+ to me !“
