I recently ate at this simple but welcoming place, and I'm delighted to share my review. The food was spectacular: tasty, fresh, and very generous in quantity. For seafood lovers, this place is a true paradise. In addition, it is a fishmonger where you can also eat or order takeaway. I highly recommend to those looking for a good seafood meal without pretension but with great taste.“

We took the Mega meal at 199.99$CAD (Mega family portion) with calamari plate at 17.99$CAD... everything was excellent or great. Hope they will continuted those portion & be honnest in their price. It's a must to go. They have much other things in their menu at 20$CAD or more... fo my case, it was a birthday issue (small group). It's a ***** (5 stars) for sure :)“

“We had such a wonderful experience at restaurant Gus! It is rare to hit all the key highs of a full experience - service, food, drinks, atmosphere, everything. From the personal touch of reserving, to the warm greeting, and professional friendly staff, the people make Gus special. We were a group of 3, sharing 3 apps and 3 mains, all delicious. The 2 desserts were equally delicious. The margaritas were great too! The atmosphere was fun, lively and comfortable.“

“We took our son and wife for their b/days on Sat. Oct 4 2025. No waiting, Place clean, ambience good, waiter great. It was our 1st time and in general the food was very good,(filet mignon, done to taste, Salmon, fries ,which were dry, tasteless and cold. Frozen fries are way tastier at the fast food restaurants; McDonald's, Harveys, A+W. etc. With a restaurant of this calibre we certainly expected fresh fries. It really spoiled our dinner, as we all chose fries with our meals. It's nearly insulting. If you don't have the facilities to offer fresh fries, then just serve baked or mashed. Sorry! it really left us with a bd taste in our mouths. Will we go again??? Not so sure! Sadly! P.S the stars are not right. Overall 4 stars, Food is 4 stars, service is 5 stars and atmosphere is 5 stars“

“I found this place while staying at a hotel nearby. I wanted a quick light dinner. I cannot read the French menu, however the owner was quite helpful. I chose the Tuna Poke bowl which was quite delicious with very fresh ingredients! I finished every last bite of that bowl and now wish I would of purchased a second one of salmon! Next time I'm back in town I will support this business again!“

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Royal Rasoi, and I can’t say enough about both the food and the service. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.

I was planning a dinner party out of town and needed a menu that could please a variety of tastes—vegetarian and non-vegetarian, spicy lovers and those who prefer milder flavors. Chef Deepak went above and beyond: he personally walked me through the menu, explained the dishes in detail, and helped me curate the perfect combination for my group.

The extra care didn’t stop there. The food was carefully prepared, cooled for transport, and even packed with ice in a cooler they lent me to ensure everything would be perfect for reheating later that evening. That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

“Avis assez partagé... Le décor est vraiment bien, c'est très invitant. Pour ce qui est du menu, beaucoup d'items étaient non disponibles autant sur menu bouffe que alcool. La nourriture était correct sans plus, le prix de ceux-ci étaient assez élevé pour la quantité de nourriture dans l'assiette. Nous avons mangé de la pieuvre qui n'était pas du tout fraîche, assez décevant je dois dire. Notre serveuse était très sympathique et l'ambiance qui y a plus tard est super. It was so fresh and flavourful we were amazed how well the seabass, octopus, giant shrimp and cod were cooked to perfection and served with a smile to make sure we had properly transferred the food from plater to dish. We highly recommend Petros, we were super impressed with the quality, quantity and great service. Our go to place to dine.“

“We went Saturday evening and the food is still good, steak with pepper and mushroom sauce, Caesar salad, Greek potatoes, fries, rice, everything is delicious :) The waiter, I forgot his name, but we were there table no 31, very friendly, smiling, very attentive despite the large crowd and from what I understood there was a lack of staff and even if the service was very long almost 1 hour, I have nothing negative to say.
We were in a hurry because we had a show planned, we were afraid of arriving late but the understanding of the waiter brought us dishes very quickly to bring the leftovers that we didn't have time to finish and our bill allowed us to to arrive on time. The front desk staff gave me your card as i was raving about our amazing dinner last night!

I wanted to express my pleasant surprise with an unconventional and unexpectedly superior culinary experience for a hotel restaurant.

I had the salmon which was artfully presented and tasted delicious with each bite bringing a new delight.

My hubby had the pork cassoulet with sweet potato and salad. He said it was a perfect portion and so unique with the thin crisp sweet potatoes on top. He’s a pilot and has eaten in his share of airport hotel restaurants .

We both had the tiki semaphore cocktail 🍹 which brought us both back to the Tiki lounge in Waikiki! Thanks for the mini vacation in every sip!

The service was amazing! Everyone was extra professional and well trained for a 5 star experience.

We look forward to our next meal at Semaphore and would actually plan and recommend an outing there to local friends and family.

So we jumped in the car and made our way to Laval and sat in this very well decorated restaurant that made you feel at home in a calming environment, you know the one, no kids and no dogs barking. The music volume was set just right, where you were able to have a lovely conversation among friends. Great atmosphere to enjoy your meal that you will definitely talk about on your drive home. You are now wondering why I talking so much about the restaurant itself and not the food? How many times have you dropped hundreds of dollars for a special occasion and the restaurant had the music so loud you couldn’t tell your server what you are ordering. People all raising their voices so they can carry a conversation? Well now lets talk about the food, the pictures will speak thousands of words. I highly, and I mean highly recommend the BBQ octopus, the Prime Rib and the lobster tails were 10/10 eyes closed. The Rib Steak was cook properly medium rare but I like to have it basted with warm butter and finally two last were calamari could have stayed one more minute and Lamb Chops touch over by one minute but all in all I highly recommend Sterlings Steakhouse for those special occasions.“

There is a daily menu when you eat at the restaurant. With soup, fountain drink and dessert included. Really cheap for a restaurant in 2024!

If you want something fancier, go elsewhere, but otherwise, for real, it does the job!

Poutine is not recommended, it is grated cheese (quite weird for a poutine in a restaurant in Quebec…). But otherwise, the rest is fine!“
