“Finally!!! One of the best Creole restaurants that I have finally eaten a good meal. I had rice stuck with vegetables and it was absolutely delicious! The spices were there, the proportions were generous, not to mention the warmest welcome.
Long live this restaurant!“

“Beautiful place, I have eaten at some Haitian restaurants on the south shore but honestly nothing equals Cassé croute Quebec. The meat is tender and cooked. Don't leave it on a stove like most restaurants usually do, hence I give them a plus for that. The service is A1. The only detail is the price...$23 for a dish. I think he should lower the price. But otherwise apart from that I highly recommend it“

“I have tried several Haitian restaurants and Kim Détente always remains at the top of my list. He's the best griot on the south shore. The rice is tasty, the meat is tender, and the macaroni salad is creamy. Still a 5/5, I highly recommend ❤️“

“I got a Too Good to Go App meal from here and it was phenomenal. Plus the lady was very nice and bright and she just made my day. I got some kind of a Braised beef dish and it is out of this world. I highly recommend this place and thank you for making my trip a little brighter. God bless you!“

“I ordered djondjon sticky rice and goat meat for my husband and kalalou and bean puree for me. Both were excellent. I was very happy to see that my husband (a gourmet of his type) enjoyed both meals with an appetite that bordered on gluttony. The space is clean and warm with a Haitian konpa atmosphere. The price is surprisingly affordable. Finally, Saveur 509, an experience to repeat ?“

“I ordered via Uber eats a few months ago and it was the best Haitian food I’ve ever tried. Even the macaroni and the plantain was amazing which is often overlooked at most Haitian restaurants in the city. Great quality in everything I tried (tassot beef)“

“Atmosphere 4 stars just so you know this is real but nothing to say reallyFood is so good I would’ve rated this 5 stars if I had to eat it on the parking lot.I was a hater of creole food, specially banane pesée and I ended up zouking my chicken thigh.About to spread the word and ditch all the friends that knew about this place without telling me.“

“Pam Pi Bon, is a Creole restaurant that is worthy of its name. He thinks for everyone. What I like the most is: legim san viann. This is good for some people who have less interest in meat.
Vegetarian options: Vegetables without meat
Dietary restrictions: Vegetables without pork
Parking: There is always an empty place.
Kid-friendliness: Perfect for the whole family“

“Great location! Tasty food, a little overpriced for the portions and ingredients. The service could be improved with staff that are knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. The full grilled fish was delicious! I would definitely be returning!“
“(Translated by Google) The restaurant is tiny, but the atmosphere is warm and the food is really delicious for the price I am paying. I always buy the steak with the rice and salad and it doesn't cost me more than $ 13 a plate and I find it very affordable considering I eat steak. Elsewhere the steak is very expensive. The preparation time is very reasonable.(Original)Le restaurant est tout petit , mais l’ambiance est chaleureuse et la nourriture est vraiment délicieuse pour le prix que je paye . J’achète toujours le steak avec le riz et salade et ça ne me coute pas plus que 13$ l’assiette et je trouve cela très abordable considérant que je mange du steak. Ailleurs le steak coute très cher. Le temps de préparation est très raisonnable .“

“Value for money I think it's pretty good price $11 for a small dish of griot, the only 2 things that bother me are the following as in ALL West Indian restaurants sometimes there are too many pieces of fat instead of pieces of griot. The 2nd thing that bothers me with marabou is that there is no macaroni salad only lettuce salad without vinaigrette overall I would give a rating of 3.8-4 depending on the pieces of griot ?“

“PLEASE NOTE, you cannot eat on site, it is not a restaurant, it is a Haitian food manufacturer. But you can get takeaway meals there and it’s delicious. Also remember for your parties, you can buy large quantities (in a “rotisserie” dish), catering style.“

“Excellent food! I'm not in the area very often but I needed a quick bite to eat and it was getting quite late. Happy I stumbled across this place and that they were still open and willing to serve me! The lady at the counter was so nice and friendly and certainly didn't have to be, at the end of the day, after what was probably a long shift. To all those complaining in the reviews section. Be thankful you have a place like this close by to you, that is still around after surviving a really tough year in the restaurant industry. I would kill to have this kind of food near me! But it is non-existent in my area. The fish with butter sauce was top notch! With diri kole, pikliz and perfectly cooked plantains on the side. One word "delicious"! ????“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND. years after the original review, I was had to lower it again?! I ordered Mac and cheese grio. Never thought that they would have the audacity to send there 3 days old basic macaroni salad with greated dry unmelted parmesan cheese from craft. After 45 min I was vomiting. They are clearly selling food that doesn't respect quality standards. And should be held accountable. The grio was burnt. The only reason I kept the plate is for evidence. Small portions. Overpriced“
