“Ive came here over 100 times and the food isn’t that bad but I got a burnt bagel one time, just once. The refreshers are always good. The times that I went the staffs were nice besides a middle aged woman. if they ran out of an item they would I’ll replace it for you with another. The hash browns and SEC are always on point. But overall the place is nice it’s just that they need to make sure to not clean everything up and hour before closing.“

“Best coffee I had while visiting. I had to go to 3 different coffee shops before I went to this one. I went there three times and I was never disappointed in the coffee. I loved the decor and vibe they were going for.

My only complaint is that they were very slow in service. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or you’re the only person in the shop. It takes me at least 10 minutes to get my coffee and one time they got to make my bagel sandwich.“

“I have been coming to this coffee shop for 15 years and it’s still my favorite place for an iced vanilla chai latte. When my kids were little we would get snacks and sit and color, and then I did homeschooling with my kids here for some time out of the house, and now we come to read, relax, and enjoy the baked goods!“

“This is easily the BEST breakfast sandwich place in Rhode Island. I am from Long Island, New York and since moving here, I haven't been able to find anything remotely close to the classic "bacon egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup" sandwiches I am used to. For some reason, most places microwave the eggs and use English muffins, not ritual! They are the real deal with kaiser rolls and bagels that don't taste like plastic. I went in for the signature but got the Reuben's cousin Paul's sandwich. It was so good. I am excited to go back. I also got a chocolate raspberry latte and a French Vanilla iced coffee, both were good. At many coffee places either they have good food OR they have good coffee but one is lacking, Ritual was amazing all around. Staff was also friendly! - I hope they open another location near Coventry because I am obsessed.“

“Freakin’ awesome coffee & wraps! Stopped over in Providence for a night and this place was across the street and recommended by our host. We had the maple sea salt latte (1 iced, 1 hot with oat milk), breakfast wrap and chorizo & salsa verde wrap. Amazing flavors in everything and made our lazy morning perfect. We’ve already decided it’s our go to place whenever we’re anywhere near Providence. We may even take a detour! It was that good 😊“

“Popped into this café this morning with my family and was pleasantly surprised at their selection of croissants available. Giant gourmet croissants. I had the pistachio croissant and the filling was absolutely delectable, very nice texture and not too sweet. My husband had the chocolate croissant and he said it was delicious. Our little one loved the matcha cookie. My favorite was their iced matcha with almond milk, very nice that they offered matcha! The owner was very kind and you can tell the staff really values their customers’ experience.“

They offered to make my take-out coffee for someone else after I finished my own. Owner chatted with me a bit and gave me recommendations on where to visit in Providence. Top notch service. Short 5 minute walk from Veterans Memorial Auditorium.“

The place is always busy but the staff is very attentive and gets your order in and serves quickly.

“Like cafe Nero because they have better food and sandwiches than Starbucks but it's still not like if you're in Italy at a coffee shop the sandwiches and food is even much better in Italy.. these coffee shop and sandwich chains are afraid to be totally like another country like Italy or Spain or Columbia where the best coffee is from so many restaurants try and duplicate Italy with some times they come close but the coffee shops never do they succumb to the basic American palate.. if you haven't been to Europe or other countries then you don't understand what I'm talking about then you must go to see how basic America is with their foreign foods“

Owner and or employee recognized we were new faces and asked if it was our first time. When I said yes he handed me a free large sample of their “OG” which was very good, and I would def go back for or try another specialty! “The Coffee Grinder is under new ownership and Melanie has done wonders. In the tradition of Ed Duckworth, it has great coffee with modest bagels and pastry selection. It is all about the coffee!“

“As a non-coffee drinker, I’m surprised how frequently I come here. However, their cinnamon rolls are AMAZING! I work nearby and will probably gain a few pounds from their great pastries (but it will be worth it). They also have a good juice selection and their staff is super friendly.“

“I've recently travelled from England to visit a friend in Rhode Island. She purchased one of your cakes as a welcome cake a cute one with bees on it and also some chocolate chip cookies. The cake was absolutely amazing and is by far the best I have ever tasted. The cookies were great too.“

“Beyond disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for the worst dry, cold, least inspired crepes I've ever had and service from... another dimension and not in the good way. We could've gotten a ham sandwich from the deli @ 7-11 and it would've been a million times better. I don't think I've even left a FB review of a restaurant before, but this place deserves an honorable mention. Decent lukewarm coffee, that's it. Great concept for a Cafe, great location, failed execution all around on our visit.“

“I visited New Harvest Coffee Roasters for the first time last week with my ICED COFFEE Summer Celebration coupon from RI Food Fights. This is my 4th July using these coupons and although I’ve seen the New Harvest coupon in prior years, I never used it. How sad, because it was one of my top 3 coffees this July! I only drink Decaf and the barista was kind enough to make me an Iced Decaf Americano. Delicious. I also snuck a sip of their cold brew (Yumm!) Cant wait to come back here with my husband.“
