“Ive came here over 100 times and the food isn’t that bad but I got a burnt bagel one time, just once. The refreshers are always good. The times that I went the staffs were nice besides a middle aged woman. if they ran out of an item they would I’ll replace it for you with another. The hash browns and SEC are always on point. But overall the place is nice it’s just that they need to make sure to not clean everything up and hour before closing.“

“Food and coffee are phenomenal. Service is SLOW. When the owner isn't there, the place is run by teenage girls. They're nice, but only pay attention to people ordering. Once you pay, you're forgotten. You'll sit and stare at your order on the counter for 10 minutes before you finally have to just ask for it. We love presto and will keep going, but just highly recommend ordering ahead.“

Owner and or employee recognized we were new faces and asked if it was our first time. We had the maple sea salt latte (1 iced, 1 hot with oat milk), breakfast wrap and chorizo & salsa verde wrap. Amazing flavors in everything and made our lazy morning perfect. We’ve already decided it’s our go to place whenever we’re anywhere near Providence. We may even take a detour! It was that good 😊“

“I went to several businesses around where I live and the iced coffee is hit or miss. Today in particular I went to two places and the iced coffee was just absolutely garbage. One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. I just wish it was closer to my house. The staff is always very polite. 5 Stars!!!!!“

“Beyond disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for the worst dry, cold, least inspired crepes I've ever had and service from... another dimension and not in the good way. We could've gotten a ham sandwich from the deli @ 7-11 and it would've been a million times better. I don't think I've even left a FB review of a restaurant before, but this place deserves an honorable mention. Decent lukewarm coffee, that's it. Great concept for a Cafe, great location, failed execution all around on our visit.“
