“Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had, in or outside of a restaurant. I had one of the specials, a Portuguese-style steak, which was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Juicy, smothered in a delectable sauce. The portion was incredible for the price. The service was perfectly paced, the staff were attentive and friendly. I will be coming back, and inviting everyone I can!“

“Gia Ristorante Italiano Hubby & I had an amazing dinner last night at Gia's in Uxbridge! It was a last minute decision to go there, but so glad we did. It was a quiet night, cold outside, but inside they had a beautiful fire roaring, smelled so good. We both had amazing meals, waitress was very helpful, answering all our questions. They even made a few changes to a dish so my husband got exactly what he wanted. We will definitely be going there again soon! Highly recommend them for a nice Italian dinner 😋“

“My husband and I split the pappardelle bolognese as a takeout meal. Even though it was takeout, we could not have been more impressed with the flavor, presentation, and quality. Some of the best food we’ve ever had! The bread and butter that came on the side was exquisite. Seriously, our best meal in Rhode Island! We are looking forward to returning to try more of the menu, we would recommend this to anyone! Can’t praise Giuseppe‘s enough!“

“Ordered takeout from Wise Guys on Douglas Pike in Smithfield. We were greeted by a sassy and friendly Holly when picking up. The order was ready 10 minutes early and was piping hot. We had a NY Sytle half ham & half pepperoni, a Sicilian cheese, and a huge personal Knucky Thompson with Blue Cheese. Great sauce and crust. Glad we finally tried this place out and loved the customer service!!“

Our waiter Julio exuded great customer service and exhibited a 'can do' attitude, was attentive, knew his menu items and most of all his enjoyment being a server was exhibited. “Merola’s hosted my daughter's Water Baptism Reception/ 13th Birthday Party. it was everything I envisioned and more. The food was amazing, service was impeccable and setting up the party with the owner was great. Excellent open communication, easy to work with on details. If you know me, I have a tough time letting go of the reins when planning an event with setting up decor and whatnot and the staff was absolutely incredible and made my vision come to life. I cannot say enough about having your event at Merola's. You will be so pleased with everything. I will definitely use them again for events.“
