“Where do I begin…right from the start was amazing service. Communication was top notch, discussing what would be appropriate for the gathering I was having. I was able to add or change what I wanted and got replies in a timely manner. We asked to have the food delivered and it was on time, also set up for us so professionally! Looked amazing.
The food???!!! O. M. G. We ordered chicken cutlet, meatballs, pasta and salad. All of it was absolutely delicious! We have a large Italian family who couldn’t stop praising the food and setup. I am confident to say they have our future business and I’m so thankful for all they did for us!“

“I've been ordering from calista pizza for a while now and every time I order from them everything is very good. My favorite is meatballs and I just ordered a pizza with spinach olives and pepperoni and it was phenomenal if I could give them a 10 I would but I give them the top rating“

I only got pics of our appetizers as we were hungry and chowed on our mani courses. Started with a 1930 DAQ, Wawtuhmelon and a Vino Rosso Gaio - all drinks were tasty! We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! Daughter ordered the Pink Vodka - also really flavorful with interesting noodles I had not had before. Thank you for a great experience- we shall be back! Thanks Chef Max!“

“Maria's Cucina hosted our recent wedding reception. I made arrangements with the previous owner and was blind-sided to learn that he had sold the restaurant one month prior to our wedding. I met with new owners Raymond and Brynn and they were both outstanding. They immediately made us comfortable that they were prepared to make our wedding reception a beautiful and memorable event. And WOW did they deliver. The food was excellent, the service truly top-notch, and it is a stunning and classy venue. Our waiter Paul was exceptional. Providence is blessed to have such an outstanding restaurant for all to enjoy.“

I've struggled with finding an Italian restaurant I'm comfortable eating at for years! Our server, Morgan, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe while eating here! “I would like to share an experience I recently had at Christy’s liquors in Cranston. In a world where there is so many youths drinking underage it was great to see a group of young adults carded and refused alcohol at this liquor store. It was apparent to me that the staff are extremely cautious when selling alcohol. In addition, I am in a wheelchair and was so appreciative of the customer service and help I received getting to my car. The prices were great! I would highly recommend Christy’s to anyone.“

“The part of me that wants everyone to feel what it's like eat at your nonna's house where they think you are the greatest thing that ever happened, triumphed over the part of me that wants to keep this place a secret so there isn't a line out the door every day. Giovanna clearly knew what she thought each of us should eat but tried hard to not let it show "but, eat what you want...." She was excited in the way only a Napolitana can be when we chose her recommendations, osso bucco for Mike and lobster raviolo for me. It was amazing food wrapped in a childhood memory.“

We did feel a bit rushed. Not only to place our order but appetizers and salads were served at the same time to our small table. “We’ve been dining at Al Forno since the 90s - but had not been for at least 10 years. So decided to build a day trip from CT - around a dinner reservation. It did not disappoint - the only argument was what was the “best” - the corn pizza, the dirty steak, the Rigatoni Bolognese, or the Chocolate Bread pudding. The Barolo gets a nod too. All brought together beautifully by our gifted and personable server Madison. We we will be back sooner next time. Exceptional experience.“

We frequent Providence and love Italian food, but we’ve struggled to find a restaurant that meets our standards. The rigatoni alla vodka with chicken cutlet and chicken Alfredo were both outstanding! The espresso martini was one of the best I’ve had as well

Saturday nights feature an elevated experience with a live DJ, so be prepared for loud music. We loved the atmosphere for a fun night out in Providence!

“Went there with my son for the 1st time and we shared a chicken parm. The portion was just right!! I wish I took a picture of the food because the presentation of the chicken parm looked good. It also came with a salad that was very fresh and crisp. I appreciate that!! The chicken parm was crispy, and tender. The staff was extremely welcoming. The sauce on the parm was delicious. I have no complaints on this place. We will definitely be back because I would love to try the vodka parm, the pesto parm and the eggplant rollatini. My son loved the chicken parm too. I’m glad they opened there!! Keep it up. Ohh yes and I can’t forget to mention how clean the place looked, even the kitchen!!!“

“We stumbled across this place tonight without realizing it was entirely Vegan. We're not Vegan ourselves, but our daughter is, so we eat a lot of Vegan cuisine. I ordered a zucchini "steak" dish that sounded unique, and my hubby got the country "chicken." Both were extraordinary - the best meal either of us has had since we moved to RI (and we've had some great meals). The food was honestly bursting with flavor, and the quantity was just right. The service was perfect, too, attentive without being intrusive. We debated getting dessert, since the dinner flavor left such a satisfying taste behind, but we couldn't resist the gluten-free chocolate brownie. It came with raspberries on top and a trickle of raspberry sauce, in a combination that was again perfect - crispy edges, a gooey center, sweet and rich but not too much so, with the raspberry flavor offsetting the chocolate in a way I've never tasted in my entire not-particularly-young life. It was so, so good, and to my surprise, it blended well with the dinner flavors. I've been sitting here all evening enjoying the last remnants of the taste, reluctant to go brush my teeth, and I thought I should take a moment to leave a review on the various sites. We will absolutely be return customers, and we can't recommend this restaurant enough!“
