“Very good pizza and kind staff! I came in for a pick up order and a gentleman behind the counter insisted on carrying my food to my car for me (I am pregnant and was holding my toddler at the time of pick up). Small gestures go a long way. A big thank you to the staff!“

“I held a rehearsal dinner at Maria’s and I cannot say enough how great it was to plan with the help of Chris Spertini. He made the whole evening a success by guiding me with food choices and seating arrangement. Our server was excellent. She was extremely attentive to our guests. This will be my go-to restaurant. If you have not dined at Maria’s you are missing out.“

“Great atmosphere! And Christine our server was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She checked on us consistently- thanks! I only got pics of our appetizers as we were hungry and chowed on our mani courses. Started with a 1930 DAQ, Wawtuhmelon and a Vino Rosso Gaio - all drinks were tasty! We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! Daughter ordered the Pink Vodka - also really flavorful with interesting noodles I had not had before. Thank you for a great experience- we shall be back! Thanks Chef Max!“

“The part of me that wants everyone to feel what it's like eat at your nonna's house where they think you are the greatest thing that ever happened, triumphed over the part of me that wants to keep this place a secret so there isn't a line out the door every day. Giovanna clearly knew what she thought each of us should eat but tried hard to not let it show "but, eat what you want...." “I have run multiple beer & wine shops, and Christy's Liquors is a top notch establishment. I have been there a few times now and every time has been an awesome experience. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. The selection of liquor, wines, beers, and beverages is vast and constantly cycling in new products. I need to also shoutout Jay, he smoothly runs this ship and his vast knowledge of the product is amazing. Thanks y'all for a great experience and I will most definitely be back!“

“One of my favorite restaurants on “The Hill”. The dining experience at Massimo is always a 5 star experience. Yesterday afternoon we had Janelle as our server and she was superb- it made it a 5 star PLUS visit. Blood orange Cosmos, eggplant appetizer, chicken parm, pistachio cannoli, tiramisu- all excellent. I've struggled with finding an Italian restaurant I'm comfortable eating at for years! Our server, Morgan, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe while eating here! The only thing lacking is the service, weren't rude by any means but felt like you were dining at just a chain restaurant. “My wife introduced me to this restaurant a few years ago and now we try and order from here atleast 1 to 2 times a month. It was actually where we had our first date.

I always get the chicken parm and she gets the eggplant parm.“

“My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“

“We stumbled across this place tonight without realizing it was entirely Vegan. We're not Vegan ourselves, but our daughter is, so we eat a lot of Vegan cuisine. I ordered a zucchini "steak" dish that sounded unique, and my hubby got the country "chicken." Both were extraordinary - the best meal either of us has had since we moved to RI (and we've had some great meals). The food was honestly bursting with flavor, and the quantity was just right. The service was perfect, too, attentive without being intrusive. We debated getting dessert, since the dinner flavor left such a satisfying taste behind, but we couldn't resist the gluten-free chocolate brownie. It came with raspberries on top and a trickle of raspberry sauce, in a combination that was again perfect - crispy edges, a gooey center, sweet and rich but not too much so, with the raspberry flavor offsetting the chocolate in a way I've never tasted in my entire not-particularly-young life. It was so, so good, and to my surprise, it blended well with the dinner flavors. I've been sitting here all evening enjoying the last remnants of the taste, reluctant to go brush my teeth, and I thought I should take a moment to leave a review on the various sites. We will absolutely be return customers, and we can't recommend this restaurant enough!“
