“This food trailer is hands down my new favorite. The Guate burger is the best thins in my opinion, however nothing I’ve tried from the galley has been bad! The food is fresh and flavorful and the owners are super nice. I recommend it 100%. You can take your food and eat it nice and hot freshly cooked inside the cute little bar right next to it. Gilligans pub!“

Not only is the food 10/10 but the owners are such lovely supportive people. I first came to Rhode Island 11 years ago and they made me feel right at home. “Great place to get a late night bite. I ordered the veggie burger and it had to be one of the best burgers I’ve had. Also, don’t skip on the shakes, so many flavors to choose from. I ordered the peppermint bark and it was unbelievable delicious. I would travel back to RI just to eat here again.“

“I wish I could post a pic of my delicious cone of graham cracker and mint chip ice cream, but it didn’t make it to the car. Both made with cashew. Couldn’t have been better. Next time trying the deli.“
