“I’ve always loved Blackie’s as a restaurant, but hosting my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party there made me appreciate it even more. Everything about the event was absolutely wonderful. The private room was beautiful and decorated so nicely, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special celebration. It was the perfect mingling space where everyone could comfortably move around, socialize, and enjoy the party together. The food was delicious with beautiful presentation, and there was more than enough for everyone. Our guests kept commenting on how great everything was. The staff was attentive, professional, and helped make the entire event feel seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Blackie’s not only for dinner, but also for special events and celebrations. It was truly a memorable experience for our family and friends. A special thank you to Jeanine for all of her help in making the evening so perfect and memorable.“

“Great place to bring the family. Gets super busy on a Saturday/Sunday morning so get there early or at least get someone in line to hold your spot. It is a cash only place but they do have an ATM. The food is really good too, they switch it up a lot and are creative with their options. Although it can be a bit pricey, I’d still go back there for a meal. I like AJ’s, they are a staple restaurant in the West Warwick, Arctic Village area.“

“There is never a dull moment at the tavern. I’ve been frequenting this place for over 10 years at this point. They have an incredible blues jam on Sundays with the hottest house band in town. It’s been going on for nearly 20 years. A good friend of mine hosts the open mic on Thursday nights, and they have a great format you can play as a solo artist or you can do an open jam. They have a very affordable wing special on Wednesdays. The atmosphere is lively and fun. I’ve made friends with some of the regulars. Some of them have been coming to the same bar for 50 years. The owner Robyn is very friendly and hard-working. Her whole family is invested in the business and I really appreciate that, having worked in the service industry for a long time. What are you waiting for? Go down to the roadhouse!“

“I met up with a family member here yesterday for lunch. We live in different states and this was the halfway point for us. JP was our server and he was just the best!! Very friendly and funny! “A friend and I drove by and said let's give Home Fries Restaurant a try. I ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant, and it came with home fries. The home fries were seasoned perfectly and had a great taste. The croissant was super fresh and soft, and the egg was cooked perfectly. All of the waitresses were very friendly and worked very well together. I would recommend this place to my family & friends!
Parking: We arrived there around 9:30 am and the parking lot was not crowded. We were able to get a spot right in front of the building.“

“Ginger was an amazing server! Kind, friendly and understanding when I accidentally got a drink with an energy drink by accident. I've swore off caffiene for 3 years and Would've been up for the next week. She was super understanding and appoglized and went above and beyond to fix it. The food came out with no problem. The manger was present and she checked in on us a few times. I come to this Applebee's quite often, and while most times I dont have issues. Anytime it does happen, which we are human it happens. They go above and beyond to fix.“

“Super cozy and accommodating little breakfast spot. This place is like a hidden gem in plain sight. Only open on the weekends. The coffee is superior to your average diner coffee and the food is fresh and delicious. We have had to wait for up to 45 minutes before so if you can’t wait then find somewhere else. If it doesn’t look too packed give it a shot!“

“Great townie breakfast/early lunch place that has friendly staff. Private parking lot but fills up quickly. Typical breakfast fare served quickly and consistently topped with fresh brewed coffee. Reasonable prices. Good for groups and counter seating available for singles or if there's a wait on a table. They offer some lunch options like burgers, tenders, fries ect... I've never had a bad experience. No website outside of a location created facebook page. They should change that to stay relevant with non-senior crowd.“
