Some employee with a goatee walked up and took my full beverage away while I was on the phone. He was a total douche but never let one bad egg ruin something good. Great place to go“

“I met up with a family member here yesterday for lunch. We live in different states and this was the halfway point for us. JP was our server and he was just the best!! Very friendly and funny! The food and drinks were amazing and we loved the separate rooms for dining. We're looking forward to making this our regular meetup spot!“

“I have been going to Capitol billiards and I’ve known Anthony and the family for close to 30 years But all that aside it is a great place to go and have a game of pool a beer or two and a bite to eat the place brings back nostalgia they have all types of artifacts and everything that makes it look like an old time pool hall not some modern day joint. The atmosphere and the waitresses make it a comfortable place to stay and have a good time I highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself“

“I was fortunate enough to get a job here in 1996, when I was a sophomore at Bryant. Not only is the food amazing, I've been longing for it for years, tried to recreate a couple dishes myself. These people were my family when I was away from mine. Been gone for 18 years and still miss all of it and them every day. went back last year for a tournament at Bryant with my daughter, they still have every Christmas card I ever sent them of my children over the years hanging on the wall. “To be honest, I was having a pretty bad day. Spent the day running errands and driving my son to appointments while recovering from a weekend flu. I was exhausted and miserable. Since contractors were rebuilding my kitchen (another story), my wife thought it might be nice to go to dinner. Sure, why not?

We chose Chili's. My wife and son loved their meals. I had an unfortunate occurrence - my food wasn't prepared properly, and I was put off my appetite. Honestly, I know things happen, but I had seen this particular error only in 1940s Looney Tunes cartoons.

When I pointed it out, my server was very apologetic and swept the offending dish away. In about 30 seconds the manager on duty came over to apologize. He took ownership of the situation and offered to personally cook me a new meal as he previously worked as a cook. I thanked him but assured him it was OK.

I know that what I described is SOP for any eatery, but after the day I had, I really appreciated the gesture. He was sincere. That saved the dining experience. My only regret is I didn't ask his name, so I could properly praise him in this post.

“Possibly the best Chilis in the country. Was in the area for business and stopped by for a quick lunch. Was greeted immediately and I sat at the bar. I always get the fajita trio when I go to Chilis. The food was absolutely delicious! The staff very friendly and the store very clean (bathrooms as well). Didn’t feel like a chain restaurant gave local nice vibes. Highly recommend.“
