“This subway location is by far the most clean, friendly and time efficient out of the 5+ locations I’ve been to around the Columbia, Chapin and Lexington area. They have excellent customer service and always prepare the sandwiches fairly quickly, and I’ve visited this shop many instances in the past few months. I would definitely recommend this location, including regarding the majority of the other locations.“

“Great place to grab a quick meal to eat-in or to carry out. The breads, meats, cheeses, and vegetables are always fresh. Not only is the food delicious, the service is great as everyone seems to enjoy working there. I am always greeted with a smile and a verbal welcome. The restaurant is always clean. The parking lot in front is a bit tight during peak hours but there is plenty of parking on the side of the building. I love Leo's Deli!!“

However, every now and then, my husband and I have received our sandwich on wheat bread slices that were drying out due to being exposed to air. The bread container was not properly closed, which would protect the bread, keeping it fresh. This place has amazing deals, making it very affordable.“

“It was very busy tonight with a lobby full! With only 3 employees! But they still greeted us with a smile even with the frustration of people still coming to order or pick up. The manager was the cashier for the night but as soon as she was done she went in the kitchen a got to work ! She told them babies to stop an take a min so they could refocus! She came to all customers an apologize gave us a drink , cookie to the kids an didn’t make an excuse for a tardy check! I appreciate the way she handled it ! Outstanding Service and Delicious Dinner!

I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.

What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I live in Charlotte, but whenever I am near Columbia I stop at Roly Poly for a wrap!My favorite regular menu item is the Huevos Rancheors (‘egg roly’). My all time favorite menu item is the #9 Thanksgiving roly (this year I made a special trip to get this sandwich while it was available in November). The food is always fresh, and seasoned with a unique combination of spices, sauces and dips. And somehow, despite being so large and so delicious, the rolys are only a few hundred calories each.The shop is run by a kind gentleman named Dave, who always takes time to welcome and talk with customers. I highly recommend Roly Poly and am already thinking about my next trip there!“

I got my food (foot long chicken, cheese, and ranch with basically all the toppings) right away and it was delicious. She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. He was wiping tables in his little Jersey Mike’s uniform… He was cute as he could be, with a huge grin on his face, (much better spokesperson/mascot than Danny DiVito ???).
