“We recently visited the BK on Hwy153 in Piedmont SC. I rarely go inside and usually use the drive thru but I needed help with online coupons. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by 2 of the friendliest employees that I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Jhakohbi was extremely nice and helpful and Ryan was just as awesome. Not only did they help us, they were super positive and made us laugh. Great job guys!! They need to be recognized for excellent customer service and skillspositive attitudes! “I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had at Bojangles on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, around 9:30 PM. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Even during a busy evening hour, the staff handled everything professionally and kept the line moving smoothly.
What stood out the most was the woman working the drive-thru. Her attitude, hospitality, and professionalism were truly exceptional. She was polite, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the way she represented the restaurant.

When I got my food, it was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted excellent, and it was obvious the kitchen staff took pride in what they were serving. The quality of the food combined with the excellent customer service made this an easy 5-star experience for me.

I also want to point out that this is not the first time I’ve received exemplary service at this location. Every visit has consistently been pleasant, and the staff always seem professional, respectful, and hardworking. “Thankful for the employees at this location after the Teddy Swims concert on 6/12 in Easley. They were so kind, accommodating, and prompt with my order. They got slammed with customers around 10:45-11:00pm after the concert and I went inside to order, didn’t realize the inside was closed but staff accommodated me and let me wait on an order inside. They were so nice, even while being overwhelmed. I hope they get the recognition and compensation they deserve. “This is one of the first Wendy's that I've visited where the food was extremely fresh and hot. We've eaten here 3 days. We had salads all days and I got a Dave's double the 3rd day. It was fresh and hot. Almost reminded me of Wendy's of old days. We will go again. The salad was so fresh and they heated the chicken up for the salad. We really enjoyed the salad. “Just had our pizza delivered and they forgot the sodas - the driver was so apologetic and we told him it was not a problem and to just bring them back when he was on another delivery. He actually went to the gas station and bought our sodas! Excellent customer service!!!!“
