“Crossroads Cafe in Beech Island, SC ... this place is just a treasure! They open at 5:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast menu has all the favorites! The bacon is a nice thick cut, perfectly cooked. And, oh my, the hashbrowns are just fabulous, serving size is plentiful enough to share! They use REAL cheese! Better than anything you ever had at the awful waffle. Biscuits weren't ready, so I am unable to comment. Prices are actually less expensive, as well! So, all you Savannah River Site people, slow your butts down, and pay this place a visit! For lunch, they are a meat and two veggies. Their fried chicken, country fried steak are quite good (better than WifeSaver), their cornbread is a little dry for my tastes. The veggies are canned; however, they will do. I sure do wish they were fresh, especially the mashed taters. The atmosphere is full of jokes, and laughter as the locals enjoy their meal and each other's company. I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit, and this place goes on the rotation. This place is 4.5 out 5, and well worth the price, and a stop! ~ The Good Food Girls @followers”

“My brother and I just left this location. They only had two ladies working during a lunch shift. There was so many people waiting inside and in the drive thru for there orders. The lady who was making the orders never slowed down. She never stopped making the orders. I don't know where the manager was but this lady needs a raise. She kept smiling thru everything. Great job ma'am. I wish I would have gotten her name..but thank you for the wonderful job..”

“Cute cafe in the Summerville neighborhood of Augusta with delicious coffee, good food, and a cool vibe. Great place to bring out of town guests. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and Relic never disappoints! They also have a unique selection of bags of whole bean coffee (and I assume will ground upon request) and I’ve given the beans as gifts to fellow coffee snobs. It can take a bit to sometimes get your goods so be patient if so and enjoy the smells of fresh coffee.”

“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the team (especially Megan) on the food truck today. Our family loves the food and was thrilled to see the food truck in our area. After some technical issues with their machine they were nothing but calm and patient about trying to get their card reader working. We were truly amazed by how calm and informative they were. As always the food was outstanding. We will definitely be continuing to order food from them. Highly recommend trying them out any chance you get!”

“I have never been a waffle person, but Cafe on 8th has created such a delicious and savory way to enjoy waffles. I had the low country waffle which has the essence of a delicious bowl of Shrimp and Grits. The waffle texture of course is not grits, but held its own with the crunchy corners and pillowy centers that sopped up all that rich flavor. I'm excited to try the other dishes soon.”

But what truly made it a night to remember was our waiter, Mason. He was so knowledgeable about the food and drinks and made us laugh so much, while remaining totally professional. He is a wonderful asset to Oliviana. As always, we will be back.”

“What a great find! Came through Augusta on a day trip, and happened across Farmhaus. Good food that is locally sourced, and great service. The young lady who took our order was great- she seemed happy to be there and was very helpful with the menu. The food was tasty and prompt. The beer selection looked awesome, only wish I could’ve enjoyed one with the burger, but I had a long drive ahead. If your considering trying Farmhaus, go! I would definitely come back next time through!”

The atmosphere is welcoming to all and peaceful inside and outside. you have the option of sitting inside or outside, which is great on a beautiful day.
