McDonald's in Blacksburg

“Had a minor issue with our food sitting out and getting cold, but I spoke with the very nice manager named Pam and she fully rectified the issue. We eat at McDonald's quite often, because my kids love their French fries. They had the general same problems you encounter with most fast food, but the manager here is why I will give this location a 4 star rating!“

“We have had so much bad service or food at a lot of McDonald's over the years, that we had not ate at one in 10 years. Based off of a suggestion we tried this McDonald's in Blacksburg, SC two years ago and was not disappointed. You could even get ice cream here regularly, unlike the rest of them that always say the ice cream machine is broken. Since then, they have been very consistent until lately. You used to be able to get fresh chicken nuggets there. They now sit out all day probably under a heat lamp until you order them, because they are not fresh and a little hard. We tried them again and it was overall good except the nuggets again.“
